During the recent period you are referring to, we clearly communicated on our website and contact page that there would be delays and stock fluctuations due to the vape tax changes and Easter bank holiday, which impacted supply and processing times.
In situations where an item is unavailable, we refund promptly rather than delay the entire order, and all refunds are processed back to the original payment method in line with standard processing times.

Hayati 25K Replacement Pods Pro Ultra Plus x5
Order placed at 8.30am ish and I had tracking number by 8.48am on the Friday and was delivered by 10am on the following Tuesday.
Can't fault them, got all flavours asked for and a bonus of one of the flavours ordered come with a battery - can only assume it was because you had ran out of the pod and no extra charge. Thank you very much for that, 100% amazing customer service; and will definitely be ordering again this month only double as my son will be getting from yourselves going forward to.
