Great experience today. Alex came out to fix my washer and he was polite, punctual and knowledgeable about my washer. He knew exactly what was wrong straight away and got it fixed and working again within half an hour.
Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Astonishing and unusually good service (by today's service standards). Came out (on time), fixed dishwasher (without complaints), cleaned up (without being asked) and wished us good day (without being prompted). No complexity whatsoever.

Had the fridge freezer repaired this morning as the fridge had stopped working. They called first thing to say they would arrive between 9-10. They arrived at 9 and were finished by 10am. The guy was friendly and efficient giving advice on the aftercare following his visit.

Alex came as a result of a service call from a domestic general policy. He was polite, friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend

Supposed to come out today 7th June gets a call today gave me a time slot then, a hour later phones to cancel and telling me it can’t get anyone out till Tuesday.
Explained my situation regarding uniform school & work and they aren’t bothered.
Absolutely shocking

Very impressed and excellent service which I would highly recommend. The engineer came promptly and was extremely polite and knowledgeable, delivering an excellent service.

Booked a repair for Thursday after our dishwasher stopped working on the Monday evening.
Received a call at 3pm on Tuesday saying they had an engineer in the area who could be with me very quickly if I wanted.
By 3.45pm the dishwasher was working less than 24hrs since I reported the repair. Great service and a very polite and professional engineer.

Engineer Alex arrived when he said he would, listened when l explained problem, then proceeded to do checks on machine. He found problems unfortunately couldn’t proceed with repairs as parts no longer available so said would advise insurance company. Glad to say replacement appliance on way. Thanks Alex for prompt action with insurance company and your excellent courteous, informative manner during visit, no hesitation in recommending Alex and company.

Engineer came out today to fix washing machine, lovely guy and excellent service, couldn’t have asked for better help with fixing the problem, washing machine is now back up and running.

I have been waiting since November 2022 for the company to send a cheque in order for me to replace my broken washing machine and fridge freezer. It is now August 2023. They keep telling me it has been put in the post however it never arrives.

Alex, the engineer who carried out our repair, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. He also successfully repaired our cooker hood on the first visit. Thanks
