Third time I’ve used gadget recycle and each time has been perfect. Easy and simple process from start to finish and fair prices paid.

I was in the process of selling my old MacBook and after checking different options online I found Gadget recycle.
I went to their shop in East London and after an honest negotiation with Riffy, we were able to agree on a fare price.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell old Apple products for some extra cash !

Incredibly easy and fast. Importantly, this was the best price by a mile.

With the bigger sites I was being quoted £20 etc and with Gadget Recycle I received substantially more. I thought it was too good to be true but thought it was worth the risk. It couldn’t have been more with it.

I resisted opting for four stars as, overall, I'm happy with the service. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone, but the postman did bring a prepaid label as promised and I did get acknowledgement of delivery the next day, a Saturday. The payment was what I expected and arrived fairly quickly, Tuesday. This is a legitimate enterprise.

What a fantastic company to deal with. They were professional, friendly and helpful. Great customer service, and the fair price they quoted me to recycle my MacBook was exactly what they gave me, so I was very happy.

They even threw in some excellent advice!

Free next day collection via Royal mail, no printer required as label provided.
Kept informed via text message regarding delivery and when Gadget Recycle received package.
Turn around time was approximately 48 hours.
No quibble payment straight into my PayPal account.

Communication poor and turnaround time very slow, not same day payment as advertised.
Very hard to get hold off, they don’t answer the phone, but when I finally did get hold of them they looked into the order right away and paid the quoted price within the hour. Their quoted price was far better than all the other companies.

Sent my iPad mini a few days ago, I have wiped the device now. But their phones just ring, no email confirmation, my iPad was collected and I’ve heard nothing from them. No idea what is going on and they are not reachable.

I sold my iPad Air to these people. It is/was in good condition and I was quoted a decent price. Sent the item to them using the ‘free’ Royal Mail label their system provided. Sent it Saturday and got paid Tuesday. Overall this was a great service. I previously tried to sell the item privately and all I encountered was a load of time wasters. So I wish I’d just used these guys in the first place.

Great service from start to finish. Parcel was collected by Royal Mail on time. Receipt was acknowledged by Gadget Recycle the following day and payment received the day after that. All good 👍

Fantastic. Used the QR code option for shipping. Delivered to them by royal mail within 48 hours, and payment was same-day as promised. Sold my old Iphone 12 for £117 which is an absolute BARGAIN. 5 stars from me.
