Do not order off this site

Ordered a hoodie off the site Dec. 14 and had 3 to 7 day shipping selected (pay extra for this). I figured by Christmas Eve 10 days would have past it would be here by then. Only updates UPS has since Dec 18th was that a label was created and they were waiting to recieve package to update the estimated due date for it. After being told twice by chat support it was for sure coming and wpuld be here by dec. 29th and if it wasnt i could contact support for a refund or reshipment on the 30th of December. Thats today and me knowing its never coming did i quick track of package on UPS to see the same thing I've been seeing since Dec. 18th. I went on chat support and was told once again its confirmed on its way (how idk because 3 minutes prior when I checked it still was waiting to be recieved..things that make you go hmmmm). I said that is notnthe resolution i was told would happen and I wasnt satifsfied and I deserved my money back. I was then told I had to return the package for a refund. Oh no. No. No. To be honest dont remember what I said I just lost it. Got transferred to someone named Maxine who was also trying to give me the run around told them im not happy with the solution so who do i talk to now? Maxine then asked me a bunch of info I already gave saod she spoke with higher ups and I would be recieving a refund to my original payment method. I was able to recieve a refund so i gave 2 stars instead of one but i would not recommend ordering off site

I ordered a Men's Black UFC World Class…

I ordered a Men's Black UFC World Class MMA Pullover Hoodie from the store on Dec 13 and was told it would arrive by Christmas. Today was Dec 24, I called to cancel because both the Fanatics Website and the UPS website said I could not cancel because even though the item has not shipped yet, the company generated a UPS shipping label on Dec 15, so technically it shows in the syetem as in the shipping process. I called 1-855-438-0679 and was told there was no way to cancel the order and that I only had 3 minutes to cancel the order after order placement! It didn't matter that 11 days after placing the order it still has not shipped! This whole process was infuriating and ridiculous. The fanatics website for processing the order and handling things like this is not customer friendly in any way.

Incredible hoodie

Incredible hoodie!
I'll start off by saying the quality of this hoodie is by far the best hoodie I've ever had and I own a few designer hoodies. Makes you feel like you're ready to take anyones head off 😂. But the only negative to this whole ordeal was the customer service person I spoke to who had ZERO answers why my "special event item" could magically be shipped if they requested a ticket? A special event item is a pre order item, and when I asked if that means it's not available yet, she said yes. So why on earth first of all would the site be selling items that are pre ordered without stating anywhere in the description, and secondly, how can someone just request for an item to become available that's never been available? When I tried asking the real questions, they stopped replying. I asked all these questions at the bottom of my tracking emails on the highlighted customer service link, so theres the place to ask for things to get moving if you end up in the same position as most. But still, they may very well have a reason that isn't fully explained that happens to you as well, not the most professional customer service. Not gonna question the reason why my "special ticket" hoodie was even able to be shipped, I'm glad to have at least gotten it. Ordered on the 7th of October, and received my hoodie on the 21st. Actually had it shipped to a friend in the states as nothing expensive on the store can be shipped to my address in Canada, so they shipped it to me after receiving it and technically I got it on the 28th of October. Let's just say it cost $300 CAD for a hoodie after the second delivery from my friends to me..😬. Had to grab JDMs walkout hoodie to support him at the live event next month, don't judge me! Lmao. Definitely not the worst ordeal, much better than I expected this to go, thinking I'd see this by early next year!

So I received my Alex Pereira T-Shirt…

So I received my Alex Pereira T-Shirt to give my brother for a Christmas present, to find it’s not official merch and the t-shirt was a Gildan t-shirt that was printed but they only cut the label in half and stuck a ufc card tag onto it!? Absolutely disgusting and it feels cheap not happy won’t be buying anything from them again!!

Scammers

Scammers! I ordered a nurmagomedov walkout hoodie and when it arrived i checked and says numagomedov. TYPO! After a week of back and forth with their horrid "customer service" which I'm positive are not american or people who's first language is english, they said that I have to pay for shipping for the return so they would process my refund. I live in kuwait, they want me to ship it back to the us on MY DIME, which cost me 90 dollars. And their website return policy says that if the return is their fault THEY TAKE CARE OF IT. SCAMMERS! GRIFTERS! PIRATES! DO NOT ORDER

"Fanatics Retail Group" that enabled…

"Fanatics Retail Group" that enabled the "UFC Online Store" service is offering a "VERY POOR" service. I would actually say is it "UNABLE" to actually provide a retail service. I say this as I am still waiting for my order and it has been over a month, I just want a refund at this stage. Abysmal stock management from a retail organisation, they really shouldn't advertise and take peoples money if stock is not available. I ordered 3 shirts and received only 1 which itself was delayed greatly. I found it very difficult to actually get any "true" customer service, no real information on why the delay is occurring, left in limbo with repetitive emails advising the same thing. Unfortunately Fanatics also mix order delivery information with marketing information into the same email which is not easy to understand. But, then why would Fanatics think a customer would want to buy more goods and pitch this in the same email that advises the customer that the existing order still late by over a month? The emails are also repetitive/impersonal with no real detail given as to why the order is late. I would say if there is an issue with delays and it takes more then 1 month, then Fanatics need to pro-actively manage this and offer refunds/cancellations ... not just keep sending the same repetitive emails. No telephone number to call, an online Chat service is offered but it is only as good as the person on the other side (I've had good and bad experiences here). Sad.

BE AWARE

BE AWARE! I purchased a t-shirt and after almost 3 months I still haven't received it even though the maximum wait time was shipment within 5 business days. And the support team never get back to me with an update despite my many requests. WHAT'S WORSE, more recently they have disconnected their support email addresses and my emails to them simply bounce back and there is no other way to get an update from them. I have now come to the realisation that I'll never get my t-shirt. DISGRACEFUL!! I WILL NOW REFER TO FRAUD SECTION OF MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ALSO TO POLICE.

Awful Quality T-Shirts

So I used to order stuff from the UFC for years starting back in 2011. Took a break for a while and then saw a shirt i likes so ordered, cost £40. When it eventually arrived after 3 weeks of waiting, the quality was horrendous! The shirt felt soo rouhg and cheap low quality, and the stitching was coming away from the bottow seam. I contacted the UFC Store customer support ans sent them pictures of the damage as well as not being happy with quality overall. They responded to me to tell me that they couldn't see any stitching coming away, and that the quality of the shirts is second to none, lmao! I will NEVER buy from them again which is a shame as I've been a life-long fan.

1985 called and they want their customer service back! Wow! I didn't think in this day and age we still have such atrocious / non existent service by reputable companies. I should have read these reviews first but thought the UFC would at least be reachable! It got very close to claminig this as fraud but I finally got through to a human after trying to call over 20 times. Ultimately they told me they couldn't send my order and refunded me, despite them saying it shipped 2 weeks earlier but I had my bank on standby ready to dispute them. Oh and if you send emails they bounce back saying the mailbox is full! Got my item on Amazon now. Steer CLEAR!

Completely disappointed in the UFC

Completely disappointed in the UFC. I have two products that I paid for not show up in my order. I have been trying to contact them for over two months about both of my products not showing up in my package. I have had no response only auto emails from them telling me they received my email. There is no phone support and to be honest I don't think there is any online support. I have seen none. When you try and live chat it just tells you to contact them during business hours even when you are contacting them during business hours. These aren't cheap products either. The combined price of each product is $289. This is very upsetting they need to have some sort of support team to fix these types of issues.
