And at the beginning of the fight they blocked me. I dont understand why, they said your country (spain) after 48hrs you can watch bro
I need to watch live not after.
And the supprt is sooooo bad they dont find a solution for me

Authentic UFC clothing, got L jacket and Large T-shirt. I ordered L joggers but they sent me Medium instead. But Medium fits me aswell so no problem.
Lets talk about delivery time. Items in stock took 3 days to deliver.
Items which got ordered from US took 9 days to deliver.

Why is this company allowed to sell counterfeit items and copy the same website as UFC and no one is shutting them down. Do not buy their fake goods nothing real and they do not reply. This is a scam copy website.

Horrible quality! Bought the UFC’s crypto pants with gold ufc! Wore it one time follow directions and air dryer letters came off very cheaply put on should have been embroidered or screen printed! Pants wore super expensive about $80 maybe more and quality is horrible sadly I was hoping for the price it would be high quality logos!

I give it one star and that’s being very friendly.

I pre-ordered the UFC Noche walkout hoodie.

I initially have problems ordering it because my bank decided to decline every single time, even though I had used this company many times before.

Anyway I order the pre-order product and got my confirmation email. So far so good.

No money had left my account but wasn’t worried as pre-orders don’t take money till item is ready to ship.

Two weeks later when the product was meant to be here still no money was taken, I asked customer service and it appeared that my order was canceled I was NOT send at email to tell me and the customer service team said you can try buy again, as there was 6 in stock.

I ordered it payment went through 5 minutes later cancels again. I asked why they said this product has sold out even tho it says 6 in stock.

I asked about the same item but in white this time, as it says 2 in stock. They said check to website, I did and said it says 2 in stock, ok there must be 2 in stock.

It add insult they tryed giving me a 30% discount for THERE COCK UP. To which I declined.

Please don’t shop here just 20minutes with customer service takes 10 years off your life

useless in everyway I live aus and can't get in contact with them this is beyond a joke it's been 3 weeks and my jumper is stuck in same place

It's been over a year , no t shirts arrived and no money was refunded. Contacted them and got no response. Gave up trying to get my money back

In fact, they aren't even worth 1 star! scammers! I've been trying to get my hands on a shirt or get my money back for more than a year now, you're being sent from pillar to post. Today, 1 year and 3 months later, still nothing in hand. give them the shirt and my money! really SCAMMERS!!

I ordered my belt at the beginning of dezember (04.12) with a dispach of 6 weeks. I can not understand why it takes so long and i got my belt now after 3 months!!!

I paid $600 to have my name on the octagon for UFC 299. Made the order back in December and of course had to wait until March 9 to see it. A week before the fight we got another confirmation saying that my name would be on the canvas. UFC 299 comes and I look for my name, but can’t find it! Went through watched it again, and without a doubt, it was not on the canvas. Contacted UFC collectibles and they said my name did not make it on the canvas!? Offered me a spot on 301 or my money back. Having bought and paid for my name to be in the octagon with fighters that are some of my favorites and then having them say they can just toss my name on some random fight card came off super disingenuous. Instead of having something really special now all I have is a sour taste in my mouth and a terrible experience. Having been a fan of the UFC for 25+ years. I am incredibly disappointed. I would think twice before paying to have your name in the octagon, or buying anything from the UFC that is “authentic“.
I cannot even describe how gutted I am.

Awful experience, I placed an order but I made a size error. As it wasn't already sent, I asked for the good size to be sent instead, it was refused. I ordered in the good size and had to refuse the first package. It's been more than a month, multiples e-mails to the customer service and no refund has been made. I understand why they don't use PayPal as they would Always been forces to treat thé client with a modecum of consideration.

I ordered 2 items on the 16/11/23 and delivered today to Northern Ireland within 3 working days with standard delivery.
Good quality clothing at good prices, Check out the sale section as I grabbed a couple of bargains.
I would recommend this store as safe and trustworthy

Awful. Almost a month since I ordered and received nothing. Customer services say they can’t do anything other than forward my query to the relevant department. I have requested to cancel my order 3 times but they ignore and say they are forwarding my request to logistics but that they haven’t heard back. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered 27th and haven't gotten anything as of 13th of September. Customer service is not answering. Going to file a police report.

Placed another order(previous 2 were great) on 16th June and still8weeks later nothing.
Use the contact is and get a generic response. Ask to raise a complaint then nothing.
Really disappointed as there were for my son who is a big fan.

Disgusting thieves they take your money and don't ship your order. Do not waste your time. I raised a complaint with my bank and they refunded my money luckily.
UFC store is an absolutely disgusting scam

Ordered midnight edition tshirt for sons birthday, three weeks before, so plenty time for delivery. No tshirt came emailed being looked into 6 weeks after order sorry no tshirts. WHAT, it’s took this long to tell me sons missed his present, they’re awaiting delivery so waited two weeks kept emailing no tshirts. Why advertise clothing you don’t have, told ufc store want refund that took another two weeks. Went on venum website ordered tshirt Monday had it Friday little bit extra but you get the goods. Told ufc store take me off your listings never use them again.
Avoid UFC store at all costs.

I ordered 2 items from them 1 for my son and 1 for myself UFC VENUM AUTHENTIC FIGHT NIGHT MEN'S WALKOUT HOODIE it is really good quality only they sent me a XXXL when I ordered a XXL the order was all correct but it was a XXXL In a XXL bag so completely their fault I had to pay to return the item to my cost for their mistake and they never sent me a replacement or my money back for the hoodie complete day light robbery I sent no end of emails no money or product the product by Venum is awesome but wrong size and the company is not to be trusted buy elsewhere not from ufcstore.eu not to be trusted

Orderd a T-shirt and after weeks I started mailing them where my order was?
Everytime the same answer: we have a delayed in specifics order and unfortunately you order has been delayed.
Waited 8 weeks just so they can tell me the product is no longer available?! Soooo bad! Yes I understand after 8 weeks?!?
Worst service and site ever would not recommend ordering here!
