The product is one of a kind and speaks for itself. What impressed me the most is the customer service.I initially purchased through a third party, lost my licence key and through multiple emails it was never resolved. I eventually purchased the same item again through AOMEI and in this case lost the license key through my own negligence. I contacted customer support at AOMEI and the representative Owen Tan was not only able to retrieve my present license key but also the one I had lost nearly 2 years beforehand. The best customer service I've had in I can't tell you how long from any company and I thank them for it!!

Backupper Pro & Customer Service
I like the user interface & functionality in The Pro version. I find it’s pretty easy to follow for a home user. I had an issue where I had to do a full re-install of Windows & also had to change out some non-working parts on my tower PC. The licence key for AOMEI no longer worked, however an email followed by a quick response had me re-installing it successfully within a day. Thankyou Lanry Lucky for your assistance. Anyone looking for a decent suite for Disk and file management should give AOMEI a try.
