Very knowledgable marine team, always on hand to assist.

You need Bectu public liability. Not this long.
This is a very disappointing development with what was once a good company.
The office clearly do not know what they are doing. They keep asking the same questions about my proof of identity which I have sent in in many formats, passport driving license and national insurance number. They still are not getting it.
I’ve been insured with them for 20 years. They have had name changes. They are now telling me they have not cared up to now about my identity.
But the government have told them to be more sensible and they can’t handle it.
I cannot be insured with a company that do not know how to deal with the admin or order their office properly.
This submission to failing to carry out their duty in the past is very disappointing and making me work harder to get their job done is not acceptable and I will no longer be insured with them.
Customer car is now customer don’t care department.

I've been using Tysers for years and they have been good with renewal and general guidance. I have to highlight that the service got even better when Simon started managing our account and has really stood out with his efficiency, quick responses and polite manner. I would recommend this broker.
