I have used Pneus-online several times and have never been disappointed.
Even once when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tyres they sorted it with no fuss.
I find that they have a great selection at a very reasonable price. Ordering is simple and fast and the delivery company always give me a one hour slot when they are due.
I wish I could find something about them that I don't like, to make this more balanced, but I can't.

Excellent experience from start to finish, ordered Friday night and arrived Wednesday lunch time central Scotland, will use again when I need tyres.

Our Campervan failed its MoT with a bulge on an aged tyre being one defect. I felt all four tyres could do with replacing so I ordered 4 x 185/80 R14 C 102/104 load tyres which are a commercial vehicle tyre. Under new MoT rules, a vehicle is detained by the testing station until defect(s) resolved.
After placing my Online order noting 3-5days delivery, I used CHAT line to enquire if Overnight/Special delivery was available & was brusquely referred to what Website clearly stated. After further emails to no avail, and with no Tracker details, it did not reassure me my tyres were 'on their way'. Today, 5 days later, I receive email to say Tracker system down & my money being refunded in 48yrs!!! In my view, Pneus-Online has a non-empathetic Sales approach to customer circumstances and a non-flexible delivery service. Shame.

Cannot fault them. Cheapest prices around for decent brands and they deliver fast and free. Just get them delivered to your home and ask your local garage to fit them

I have used this site several times over the years and have yet to be let down by them, even when I made an error of an order I contacted them and it was sorted out with no fuss at all. The process to select the tyres is simple and delivery is quick. Very pleased.
