Works well, offer, purchase quickly after acceptance. Download the tickets. Would like to be able to ammend offers without waiting for a response each time.

Not particularly impressed when they advertise as a company that sells at face value yet neither party pay or recieve that. I was charged quite a high percentage out of my ticket and then they force you to receive money through paypal who then also charge a fee for it so basically you dont even get what they tell you when they confirmed it with you.
I understand it stops people from over pricing tickets but i just wanted what i paid for it as its advertised as face value which then isn't true

I checked out the price of End of the Road tickets on a whim 3 days before the event. Was not expecting to be able to buy at face value. But Twickets proved me wrong. I write now having been to the festival and having had a blast. Twickets literally rock. The entire process was easy, transparent, and legit! Wonderful stuff.

It’s great being able to buy tickets that another fan can’t use and not being overcharged for it! Wouldn’t use any other ticket resale website.

Loved now you don't pay more for tickets and are able to make an offer on some occasions
Didn't put 5 stars due to the process you have to go through picking photos of zebras etc that didn't even process correctly at times - but when you manage to prove you were a human it was a great way of purchasing tickets

Struggled to get a ticket for Manchester Phyc fest pleased Twickets came up trumps

Veteran of 600 plus gigs , couldn’t get into the Apollo without a wristband which I didn’t know

Having gone through the stress of waiting nearly 4mths for tickets to be transferred to me ob Viagogo, I decided I didn't want to put another young fan through the chance of disappointment of fake tickets, so chose to lose money but sell through twickets instead.
I wont use anything else in future as I like how they verified the sale and original face value for you, so you feel much more assured that the tickets are real.
