inconsistent claims, poor service, misrepresentation of product

I recently downloaded Crysis Warhead through Trymedia and my experience has been awful, firstly they would not accept my EBGames giftcard which goes against what is started under downloads on EBGames' website. Then they were completely opposed to the idea of somehow transferring the purchase to the giftcard. Now on top of this they won't provide me with Crysis Wars (they are claiming that it is not packaged together and that it must not be right since it wasn't in my order. Not to mention the God-awful download speed (at best 0.5 mb/s not even one!)
Notes:
(EBGames does downloads through Trymedia, I made my purchase through them)
(Crysis Wars is package with Crysis Warhead by EVERYONE even EA who makes the game)

Awful support, do not use!

I bought the Ocean Dive screen saver. The registration web page didn't work anymore, and I have been sending them e-maiils once a week for a month, hoping for some help,

Clearly, these are crooks who will take your money and ignore you. Beware!

Downloaded game. Doesn't work

I downloaded the game. First time, did not install. Second time, from their "personalized version" installed except for the "final activation". No luck with their instructions which take you to a "reactivation" page. Their email is apparently automated which states that they will get back to you within 24 hours. Its been almost a week. I consider this fraud. They are not shipping working games. THEIR procedures are stopping it from working.

Late deliveries and horrible customer service

I've used this company through Gamestop's online ordering twice now for pre-orders, and each time the activation codes for the games have been delivered late. You can run to your local Gamestop and pre-order the game with less hassle. For instance, the Gamestop stores in my area were open at midnight last night (12 hours ago) selling the game, and I still haven't received my activation code. The last time I ordered a game from them it took two days to get it, and no responses to inquiries.

Terrible customer service

My daughter, age 16, downloaded a game from Gamestop which used trymedia.com to purchase the product. The product never worked on her computer. After several e-mails from trymedia, it was discovered she didn't have the right system for the game. They refuse to give her any of her money back. I understand some people might try to rip them off, but they are the ones who told my daughter her system wasn't right. They should be aware she wasn't able to download the game. This was the first time we've ever dealt with this company and it will be the last.
