I call the psychic the Experience was great i feeling more confident about going my way through life

The medium was accurate and gave some good evidence, only thing I would say is less long pauses in the conversation

Some are genuine psychic but they are very few.
Most are Tarot readers and so bad! They can't pick up anything and change their reading in the middle of the reading when you give them any life event/info and then they will start judging from the situation/ guess work and give you their judgemental comments; that's not psychic reading. I had one gentleman who cut the phone on me in 5 minutes when I told him that he was judging from the situation I gave him. I emailed to trusted psychic regarding the misbehavior of the reader and asked for my talktime refund to my PIN, but TP argued with me supporting the miss behavior of the reader and denied to give me any talk time refund!! TP is a bad, disrespectful company only aiming towards money making and 0 customer support.

The reader was informative,accurate, and continued to amaze me.

I had a reading today and found it to be very poor and completely inaccurate. I also had concerns about the reader’s profile photo, which prompted me to do a reverse image search. While I was later told the image was a licensed stock photo, this was not explained initially and raised concerns for me at the time about authenticity.

I contacted the company to request a refund as I did not feel the service was genuine. This was refused.

What concerned me more was how my complaint was handled. The responses I received were unprofessional, aggressive in tone, and included repeated threats about “legal consequences.” I was also told that parts of my private chat could be shared publicly because I had said “thank you” during the reading, which I did out of basic politeness, not because the reading was accurate or helpful.

I was spoken to in a dismissive and condescending way rather than my concerns being addressed calmly or constructively. This raised serious concerns for me about how customer complaints are managed and how confidential information may be treated, which in my view goes against the spirit of GDPR and basic customer care.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very careful about what personal information they share and to think carefully before spending money on this site. I’ve used other platforms where readers are clearly vetted, feedback is transparent, and complaints are handled professionally — this was not one of them.

Not happy with the line service. On a few occasions l press to connect with one reader and l get a different reader. I find it misleading and a waste of money

I had a reading on Saturday, interestingly, I felt that the reader, who I haven’t used before, was actually reading past notes on my ‘History’. I haven’t used psychics for a while, so , I wonder now whether when I did use them, they were fake??
