I was totally sucked in at first.
I wanted to know about my son who died.
It was insulting and completely wrong .
So wrong in fact I became suspicious.
I discoved its AI, I was very upset, really, I fell for this empthy and flattering words.
Well I requested a refund

Here a clue when the response came the first time I was in awe, this kind woman, staying up so late....the next one was also at 1.13 am.
What a waste of money, spending almost $200 on a fake.

This is daylight robbery. If you value your money, DO NOT subscribe. They can ban you anytime and keep your cash. Customer service is arrogant and unhelpful.

The transcript function of YouTube video will not work some time after you pay for annual plan, and the customer support will say that it is a technical problem which can neither advise for estimated repair schedule nor refund. It seems as if they use this kind of trick to save cost after getting your money.

but the thing is, if you buy the unlimited plan, still you dont have unlimted credits, if you use this tool for two hours. your all credits would be finish.

Actually had a great experience even got a refund after accidentally not canceling the automatic monthly purchase. I really appreciate them meant a lot to me.

This Monica "AI" service is DEFECTIVE and fails to perform its basic advertised functions. I wanted to test their "Claude Sonnet" for coding. It is a FAKE version. It consistently provided incorrect responses, requiring constant manual correction, and was unable to answer basic questions competently ! TOTAL SCAM ! When you go to Claude directly, it is a TOTALLY different AI ! Obviously they provide you with a stupid version rather than the real stuff. I tested it 2 times to be sure of this hidden defect and fraudulent misrepresentation. At least they did the refund. But if you are a developer AVOID using this Claude and go to the real AI services directly !

First of all, I'm very surprised how useful Monica AI is and am happy to bought a one-year-subscription.

They offer many different AI's like GBT (and all it's variants), Claude Sonnet (it's variants also included), Llama, Grok, Gemini ect. So you have many different AI Models without having several different subscriptions on various sites.
There are many other tools than Large Language Model AI's like pdf summaries, coding tools, proof reading, youtube video summaries and many others.

However,in my opinion there are, at least at this time, some huge difficulties and problems, which causes me to rate Monica AI with three stars, even I would like to give them much more stars.

First, the Moblile-App, the Desktop-Version and some other applications (?) they offer on their website are pretty confusing. Even though I've downloaded the Desktop-version for my laptop, I'm getting notifications to download the app, the desktop-app ect. Also, it's not very clear what the difference of all those applications are. For example, there is also a flat icon you can activate, which appears on the edge of the display, but I don't really know if this is an extension, an option from the mobile app or from the desktop app.

Second, the user interface and the user experience design (UI and UX) are not very comfortable und nice to use. It's very confusing, not really clear and it's not easy to find many functions and tools. It has been almost three months that I subscribed to Monica AI and I still find out "new" features, which are not really new, but were somehow hided, why I discovered them so late.

Furthermore, many functions are not available on the desktop or mobile app, so you have to use monica AI on their website. I would like to use all functions and features on the app itself. In addition, I would like to have the option where I can choose myself what I want to see on the main page. For instance, the main page contains largely of the promotion of the image functions, which are mostly not used by me and are useless. But I cannot hide it. While other funktions like pdf summary or youtube video summary are not available on the main page.

Besides that, there is an option to add own features, which I did, but I still don't know how to get access to this functions. Because the interface (UX and UI) is, as I explained above, is very confusing and not user-friendly.

At least, I would like to point out that I subscribed to Monica AI due to a black friday offer a few months ago, which wasn't cheap, but also not expensive as normal. I couldn't afford Monica AI for the normal price, so it would be great to get more offers and/or to lower the prices so me and also many other people, who cannot afford these prices can subscribe to Monica for many further years.

In conclusion, I would strongly insist to the developers of Monica AI to improve the user interface and the user experience design by uniforming all apps and versions, by displaying all features at least on the main page, by establishing the option to individualize the main page like choosing those functions the user would like to see on his main page permanently and by making it easier to find out which functions and features Monica AI offers.

En creación de imágenes, como decía, NO TIENE Midjourney que es lo mejor, SI TIENE Dall-E y similares. Agregó generadores de videos también, pero no es su parte más fuerte.
In image creation, as I said, DO NOT TIME Midjourney that it's the best, YOU WELD and the like. He added video generators too, but it's not his strongest part.

One of the worst AI video generators I've ever used. It doesn't really generate a video or understand what you're asking it to do. All it does is take an image and scroll it up or down whilst adding a blur effect. Don't waste your time paying for this.

The services Monica.im provides are really helpful on daily basis, and it's something I'd like to be subscribed to. However, the monetary policy is bad.

Maybe I would have purchased the subscription myself after a comple of extra thoughts, but the money for switching to an annual subscription were taken basically without my final approval, I felt rather deceived, it was disappointing.

If you try to book a premium test account with a monthly subscription you get billed for a year (250€) 3 days later. Smells like scam
