Your app doesn't show any caller…

Your app doesn't show any caller information anymore unless I guess it shows only for premium membership.

Hey Chris, you don't have to upgrade to Premium to identify callers. It's forever free! However, depending on what country you're in might make a difference in the information available to you. We're always working to improve our hit rate, and we appreciate the feedback.

They essentially seem to blackmail you…

They essentially seem to blackmail you with your own identity. This should be illegal. They refuse to send me an OTP or call, they tell me that if my number is listed on a website then send that is proof. I did, they said it’s not good enough. And they force you to send them a copy of your carrier bill. So I sent them a screenshot but it doesn’t have the number listed on it. This is ridiculous.

Hey Michael, sorry you feel that way and you had trouble. If you have the app, you can easily unlist your number without our assistance. However, if you do not have the app anymore, the only way to know that you own the number is proof of number ownership in another method. We don't have your email, so there is not way I can personally identify your previous efforts with our team. Sorry about that!

True Caller Yearly Subscriber

I have tried out True Caller for 3 days to see if it is what I am looking for before being billed upfront for the year and can say that I am pleased that since I installed the app on my Android smartphone that I can now tell which calls are legit and ones that are illegit or spam or fradualent callers before I pick up the phone, so that way I can reject the call or not answer the call. It is a must have app as people can tell who is trying to make contact with them and choose whether or not to answer the call. TrueCaller is like having a datavbase of unwanted and fraudulent callers.
