I've been with Trooli for 2 years with the 900mb contract. The coverage has been excellent so, when renewal came around I was interested. There was a £5 monthly increase to £34:99 so I looked on their website to find new customers had a deal at £29:99 my current price. I called Trooli customer service and mentioned this and they happily agreed to my renewal at the current price. Excellent service.

Trooli do what they say on the tin. External guys who brought the fibre into the house didn’t have the easiest job with what they had to work with underground but got the job done and left without knowing they had been there.
Internally, Graeme explained exactly what had to be done and was very neat in how the kit was installed and then briefed me on what to do and how to best connect all my tvs and devices - which went very well and got up and running within the hour. Great job and very pleased that I went with Trooli.

I been a trooli customer for over 2 years best fibre broadband never had an issue and never had to complain just renewed my 24 months contract spoke to Patricia with one phone call and she sorted my renewal all was sorted and thank you it is Trooli great service

Got to give full marks to Nick the Trooli engineer, who fitted our new broadband. A total professional.
Explained everything I need to know beforehand, and had no issues in answering any of my questions. Installation was prompt, and everything was checked to make sure it worked before leaving.
Only issue that I had was, our old router was upstairs, and I had built an ethernet network around the house from this router. The new Trooli router had to be installed downstairs, and so it created some issues that I had to resolve. If you're in a similar situation, it might be best to talk to Trooli first if it might cause an issue for you.

I called and fortunately I spoke with Mikyle who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I am sure others would be the same but he made the whole process simple and easy.
If the broadband is anywhere near as good as his service, I am sure I will be very happy.

Certainly no problems in switching. It all happened very quickly and the engineer was sympathetic to our need to understand the process. (we are 83 and it is big step losing a landline). Our contact through computers, lap top and desktop has been just as efficient as our previous provider. It is still early days but we have no reason to expect any malfunction.

Trooil came last year and put the new ducting into our close, we had been with BT for many years and after ding some research we found we were not getting value for money from BT. We looked at Trooils web site and read all about them and decided the time was right to move to them, filled in the online forms, chose a date for their operative to come and put in the new fibre cable into my house. He came put in the fibre cable, set it up with in 3 hours it was done. Wow! What a difference, we were getting with BT 48mbps download and now we have 150mbps which is the speed we asked for, it is Trooil amazing!

I have just signed up with Trooli. I dealt with George Hodgson, who was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed to proceed. Muhammad Ali did the installation. He was brilliant, super polite and hardworking. Because it was all underground cabling, I took a lot longer than expected as poor Muhammad had to get the link from right down the road. We had to leave, so he did all the work inside the house first and then a couple of hours later he texted me to say that it was all up and running. 150Mbps upload and 150Mbps download, super stable and great price. What is there not to like. Highly recommended.

The engineer turned up and knew what he was doing asked me for various preferences and explained what could be done. Whole experience was painless and we had our Internet up and running in under two hours. A thoroughly excellent service all round. Following that, I can report that the Internet/broadband service provided works as advertised too!

Switched to Trooli after the promise of faster speeds at a great price, however it was too good to be true.
A 500mbps deal gives me extremely slow and unreliable speeds, incl from the fixed Ethernet connections. My previous supplier of many years, no issues, correct speeds, so regret trying to get even faster fibre than I already had, although it made sense for the cost and speed on offer. Out of the 500mbps I’m only getting 30mbps-80mbps from direct fixed Ethernet connections!! and that’s when it’s working. All devices keep constantly dropping. Numerous times a day causing massive inconveniences. Our phone, laptop, tablets won’t even connect! I have had no help from the help desk. A few days have gone by with no replies, no phone calls. I have now sent my issues to 4 different departments in Trooli with no contact back.
I mentioned to them as a last resort of still receiving no help, no reply, I’d be forced to leave a review about this matter and unfortunately that time has come, 3 days have passed since first mentioning this. I reiterated this again this morning to hopefully prompt a reply, a resolution to this mess, but still nothing, so here we are!
They also know the internet is not just required for our homes social needs but for our business needs, so it’s affecting our work yet they still offer no help. What kind of business leaves their customers, with 3 kids (1 baby) with such issues. Not a business that can be relied on so I’m utilising my cooling off period to leave which should ensure I don’t have to take any legal action.
I have formally cancelled but days have passed with no acknowledgment, so I’ll have to speak to my bank before they try and take money. Trying to simply end this mutually is a dead end, I’m just left in limbo constantly chasing them!
