sales rep said she would send a sample…

sales rep said she would send a sample book with currant fabrics and never did. My customer ordered from another fabric company after waiting 3 weeks for the book to arrive.

Trivantage is a good company.

Trivantage is a good company to do business with. Just wish they were better priced on things. One example would be PTFE thread. Most expensive company to purchase this from. Still will do business with they are easy to deal with and shipping is fair if your a member. Easy to order from as well.

Easy Ordering

It is always easy to order from Trivantage. In most cases if the fabric is stocked in their Southern California location I will receive it the next day. What's better than that?! Great inventory selections and great customer service.
