A complete disaster !! Most of positive comments are fake, the site often hide the truth about what people really think

Just don't take the Louvre guide experience. The guide was not even sure what about the history of the louvre OR exhibitions. She was someone who was just horrible. But the best part..was when she LOST Everybody...with her little stick AND Was pushing through the VERY OVERCROWDED Groups to find her group - as she vigorously waived her flag.

Several people gave up & dropped the tour - me being one. I had been several times & took some art history in College. The person I was with hadn't - I ended up being their guide.

But he paid for tour to get timed entrance - which also was crowded & rushed - but ee got in.

Fyi - the guide was Asian girl had been living in Paris for only 2 years. She needs a new job. Her tour license should be revoked.

I feel cheated. I can. NEVER recommend this Louvre tour/

When I booked a tour through Trip Advisor for the Valley of the Temples in Sicily, we were totally ripped off as we paid £105.00 for a family four and when we arrived there was no English Speaking Guide to take the tour. When I complained the company replied saying "after a thorough review, we regret to inform you that we're unable to issue a refund for this booking as the operator has not approved it". No tour therefore should have been a full refund, not even a partial refund has been offered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have been using the abb for some years now, but i finely have enough. You cant trust the review. Its hopeless people just giving 5-stars to every thing.
After giving my honest opinion about a restaurent. They wrote me if i can delete my review? Do they receive money from the company? I dont know, but its shady.

Worst experience with Viator Paris Eiffel Tower. I was cheated. No summit access even after paying and tour guide Yusra went absconding. Booking reference number: 1104319651

Bonjour. Samedi 10 juin a 13h au rocher mistral chateau de la barben nous avons déjeune a l'auberge DAUDET au chateau. Que du bonheur. Repas excellent, personnel souriant, professionnel, tres sympa. Vraiment il faut feliciter ces structures car l'effort doit payer. Nous recommanderons cette auberge et egalement le rocher mistral ou enfants et grands se regalent. La aussi personnel tres acceuillant, et animations au top. Il fzut le dire ! Edith jacquoudet responsable association la mistralienne six fours

A bit disappointed with the credibility of trip advisor, they embrace online bullying and slanderous reviews that are aimed at individuals and do nothing about them.

I was always sceptical about the company after this video "How to Become TripAdvisor’s #1 Fake Restaurant" (search on YouTube)

Unfortunately we have had to disable trip advisor from our website because its just too unreliable, instead we recommend customers to review on Google and Facebook were we have thousands of reviews. Hopefully TripAdvisor will improve and we can start to promote it more and grow our account instead of hiding it.

I think this site is known to all travel lovers, since the volume of information presented in it about everything that may be needed in travel is not comparable to any other site.
In addition to reviews and photos about hotels, here you can see what kind of entertainment there is in a particular country, region or city. You can even narrow down your search for entertainment near your hotel where you are going to relax.

Never leave without checking on TripAdvisor first. Others comments are always very welcomed and are a must! TripAdvisor is very well done and you can easily find what you are looking for. If you haven't do so yet, think about it first, next time.
