Good service easy to fit.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong filter. When I last changed it the only one I was aware of was a screw fit. Now it seems there is also a push fit version, which looks almost identical, except no thread on the O seals nipple on the top.
Triflow were very helpful and have promised to send the correct item (TF 321, not TF 550) as soon as they get the incorrect one back.

Good service but filters are expensive...to be honest however not too bad considering current economic climate.

product delivered ok, but lacked any identification labelling to indicate hot, cold, filter usage, so I had to make a query. No indication that the cold and filter valves were identical - they have different numbers stamped on them so I presumed they were different part numbers.

I fitted a triflow in my previous house 25 years ago. Having moved I am fitting one in my new house. The quality is superb, replacement valves were available when finally they were needed, and the filtration provides such excellent quality water that plastic bottled water is totally unnecessary. They are expensive taps but definately worth every penny.

I live alone filter used principally for tea/coffee max 5 mugs a day, how often do I need to change the filter?
