A little surprised you have popped a negative review about ourselves & not contacted us to help? Maybe this should be left with DpD rather than ourselves if they have not been helpful? The rucksack I received was not the one I ordered. I returned it last Tuesday for a refund and am hoping to hear from you soon regarding this.

Reasonably happy with the item I purchased
Very happy with the item I purchased and price paid. Item was delivery quickly however I was less than impressed by the condition of the packaging it arrived in. The small size top I purchased was crumpled and had been shoved in an extra large torn bag. Hardly packaging fit to be given as a Christmas gift. I presume the item had been taken off display hence it didn’t arrive in original packaging. I will not be purchasing from here again when buying Christmas gifts however if you are buying for yourself this may not be an issue.
