Checked your tracking & sent your tracking number privately by email it states you were not in to receive your goods on the 30-12-22 also with Scottish highlands & northern Ireland parcels we use royal mail over the busy Christmas period they have had strikes which has led to a backlog obviously that is out of our control & we do apologise though I will call you in the morning with a tracking number

After reading some of the comments…
After reading some of the comments people had made i was really worried I may not receive the Mallets I ordered for my partners birthday!
After contacting Triads they came back to me straight away and told me when they had been dispatched to DHL.
They arrived exactly when expected in perfect condition and with all the accessories that go with them!
I will definitely use Triads again.

Ordered a belstaff hoodie on 16th…
Ordered a belstaff hoodie on 16th December. Received email confirmation and payment pending. No further emails, no hoodie received and now today pending payment has disappeared so assuming order cancelled. Hoodie was a Christmas present and now too late to order one elsewhere which I could have done if triads had let me know order not able to be fulfilled. So disappointed! Terrible service

Please avoid disappointment
Please avoid the disappointment I have experienced. I bought a hoodie as a Christmas present. Payment processed awaiting delivery. No further information or detach notification received 4 days later. Telephoned and only after several attempts managed to speak to a person who said they would look into it. No response, called again later only to be told the hoodie had sold in store and it was now not available even though paid for online. Asked to have the size up that was showing on the website as a replacement only to be told they do not have that in stock either. Apparently they have problems with the website. Now awaiting a refund and very disappointed as my sons now does not have a Christmas present. Appalling online site and customer service.
