Order arrived in very poor condition
Order arrived in very poor condition. The outer box had been torn open and taped back together, and the items inside were packaged cheaply and looked used or damaged.
This was a shaving bundle intended as a Christmas present, but:
• Boxes were torn or scuffed
• The soap appeared opened
• Overall presentation was completely unacceptable for a “premium” bundle
I contacted customer service immediately requesting a refund and have received no response. Because of the delay, I was unable to order a replacement in time for Christmas.
Very disappointing experience. poor packaging, questionable handling, and no customer support follow-up. I would not recommend ordering gifts from this company.

Do not use. They enter the incorrect address on checking out and deliver to wrong place. I had contacted them to say that it automatically done this and they informed me they had the correct address on file and now Im worrying about getting these in time for Christmas. Absolutely not acceptable

The watch is perfect I’m really happy with how The engraving turned out too, however I was a small bit disappointed with the ‘gift wrapping’ I paid for, it looks very cheap and I would have preferred the watch in a square box rather than a long box but other than that my order is perfect and I would highly recommend 😀😀
