I was slightly worried about redeeming my vouchers as I was unsure how it all worked and thought it would be v complicated to get them redeemed and book our jet2 holiday . This business is a sham
This business is a sham. Bought £1700 pounds worth of vouchers because they claimed to offer ‘discounted holidays’. However every quote I have received has a 25% mark up vs. going direct. Fro example, legoland booking costs £385 direct, £481 through inspire. It’s a shame as the staff I have interacted with have been lovely (for the most part). However, I urge you not waste your money.and to take your business elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my vouchers- unfortunately I took their claims of offering ‘discounts’ in good faith.

I cannot recommend Paul any higher! When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, he went absolutely above and beyond to help me, even though the cancellation was completely out of his control and had nothing to do with him.
He could have easily said it wasn’t his responsibility, but instead he stepped in, kept me informed, explored every possible option and worked tirelessly to get everything sorted. His communication, professionalism and genuine care made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
It’s rare to find someone who goes that extra mile when they don’t have to, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything he did. Outstanding customer service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a travel agent who truly cares about his customers.
Paul is an absolute angel honestly will never be able to thank him enough

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I have had two experiences of this company and have both been terrible. They charge way more than if you book direct and the booking process is very complicated. When I cancelled my booking as I received an email saying that I could cancel for free, but they refused this, even when there was this email as evidence. Avoid at all costs.

Lack of data security and hassle
Previously thought this company was a scam. Its not a scam but its also not alot better. I wanted to book a party of 8 to dumfries in mid august. The price with one click directly to park dean was £479 (for one gold caravan). I had to phone up inspire and get them to run the same search to find the caravan I wanted - seems like a lot of extra fuss for an already easy process. But they will charge you the best part of £100 more for getting the same holiday. I wanted two gold caravans nearby each other. I went through the booking and at the end when it was all booked I was then told I had paid for 1 gold and 1 silver caravan, which is not what i asked for or was informed I was paying for. They also suggested Icould try to get them close to one another when I checked in (because theres always a lot of space at holiday parks in peak season). But as my inspire credit was non refundable I was trapped with dealing with them. So a week before my holiday I got emails with my name but another customers details (address and booking details etc) for a different caravan a week before mine, in norfolk! 3 phone calls and a hour later I was told to ignore it and my booking was fine. I was never given booking in details for me holiday. After a 5 hr car journey to my holiday I discovered theh had no booking for my name, address or email. 20 minutes of trying to call inspire and I couldn't get an answer. Two terminated/dropped calls and the thirs didnt understand what I wanted, sent me off into an endless options loop . Luckily some great detective work from staff locally found my booking in a random asian females name with a different address. So forget the data protection or customer privacy. Pay through the nose, for a worse service and be prepared for a lot of extra hassle, time and worry
