I purchased a newer version of the trakker nxg 12ft 2 rod padded sleeve for my son, we bought it from go outdoors Huddersfield when we got it home the description doesnt match the box, it clearly states on the box that there is internal rod divider but the rod bag 100% doesnt, i did email trakker to see if they knew this, tbh, they didn't seem to bothered about it just go back to the store you bought it from no request of photos or anything, for a premium brand the service on this matter is poor as I would imagine all 2 rod sleeves are miss sold and not as described!!!!!

I bought a Trakker Levelite Longback chair.
Claimed to be "award-winning".

However, this thing is too tall to fit under a brolly and it's too uncomfortable to use with the top folded down.
When this gets wet it takes a week to dry out.
It is ridiculously large to cart about, the arms are flimsy and appear will soon fail and it's not even comfortable.
This qualifies to be "awarded" the most useless item of fishing kit that I have ever been silly enough to buy!
This companies website does not have a postal address, email address or a telephone number, consequently, I posted my review on their Facebook page, however, this was deleted in minutes.
