Terrible customer service
Sold me a tent at discount,then refunded when they lost it in transit,i asked multiple times for a replacement because sold at discount price,they didn’t want to know and told me to buy again,terrible customer service,wont ever but their products again,couldn’t have cared less about the customer, im glad i didn’t get it then have issues……

Tent advertised as new in mint condition in original packaging.
Outertent had been repaired, where the side loops had once been (after having been damaged, partly or fully ripped off by storm?). Bad repair. Not like new...
Outertent incompatible to inner because the outertent buckles for the attachment to the innertent were incompatible and did not snap into place. They could never lock as the prongs were over 2 mm shorter than the brackets they are supposed to click and lock into. All 4 unmatching buckles made that you really cannot go tenting and so it's unfit for purpose.
"Cloud up 2 upgraded" I dont know what the upgrade was meant to do but they better overhaul and upgrade their quality control department... Customerservice department was unreachable.
Or are they just a cynical scrupulous business that suckers people in with marketing lure and nice images? At lwast that's my thinking after the experience, total disappointment and finding out more negative reviews from others.

I ordered three items from this website. Two of them arrived without any notice. Just a 'random' person showed up at my door, unannounced (no tracking info whatsoever). The third item never arrived. I can NOT reach them by phone only through e-mail and the reply's are very slow and at one point they just started ignoring me. Don't order from this website.

I ordered the Massif 2 Person 4 Season Hot Tent and unfortunately, it came with a factory defect. During the first use, while it was raining, water started dripping inside the tent right above the sleeping area. While this could happen with any product regardless of brand, the real issue is the appalling customer service from Naturehike.
They are extremely slow to respond — even though they took my money instantly. I sent them clear photos showing water inside the tent, but they keep demanding a photo of the actual factory defect, which is nearly impossible to capture, especially if it’s a micro hole or seam issue.
Since I first reported the problem, they have only replied with one email per day, repeatedly asking for the same thing and refusing to honor the product warranty or even discuss a refund.
Their lack of responsibility and slow communication make things worse. As a Chinese company selling in the UK, this complicates legal actions, but not to the point of impossibility. I’ve now contacted my bank and consumer protection agencies to pursue this issue, and I hope this review helps others avoid falling into the same trap
They do not give me a refund
I ordered a sleeping pad and without cutting the tags I opened the package to test the pad inside my house. The quality was not what I was looking for, so I re-packaged the pad, and sent a message to naturehike that I want a refund. They asked me to send them photos of the product, and when I did, they replied that they cannot accept it back because it has been used... LOL. This is the first time a company replies to me like this. How am I supposed to know if a product suits me if I don not test it inside my house? Moreover, the customer support is poor, it takes 24h for them to reply back...

I keep getting the run around from their "customer service" (e.g., multiple emails, requests for information they already have). I assume they are trying to let the 30 day return window expire to then tell me it's too late to return.

Incompetent
I had to remind NatureHike to ship my order. Then this was lost, so they claimed to ship another replacement. This was also lost.
They have since stopped responding to my messages and emails, having already taken my payment.

Worse custommer experience ever
Worse custommer experience ever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want to be treated like an idiot and Pay for return shipment of the product THEY SEND INCORRECTLY. They'll try to force you to pay for their mistake. I ordered lightweight tent that supposed to waight 1.36 kg TOTAL. They sent me one with no "lightweight" in the name that is almost 1.9 kg!! If you ate buying ultralight tent you care for every 10g and they send me antent 500g hevier. And hear the explanation: "Sorry, but we sent the correct tent. However, we understand it's heavier than expected" ... I am so mad I will go to the court if Inhave to because they treat me like an indiot.

The cot broke the second time using it. I reached out to the company to possibly get a replacement part and they did not respond whatsoever. Don't buy from this company.
Never received the tent I ordered
My partner ordered a tent in Oct 2023. They then said import tax needed to be paid and suggested a process which didn't seem legitimate. When we told them we weren't comfortable doing this and asked for a refund they sent me a voucher which expired before we opened the email. They then stopped replying to our requests for a refund. Effectively scammed out of over $300.
Item delivered on 2nd attempt
I purchased a tent on this website and received no updates for a week. After contacting their support, I received a tracking email, and after checking the tracking number, I saw that the item had been delivered that day. Of course, I didn't get it (I work from home and was at home that day). They used swiship.co.uk as their shipping company, and you can read their reviews (terrible). I contacted Naturehike support, and after multiple email exchanges, they agreed to send it again from a different warehouse and use a different shipping provider. And finally, I received the tent. I think the issue is with Swiship. It's just unfortunate that they charge quite a lot for shipping and then use a shady provider.
The best news is that I managed to get it a few days before my camping trip, and the tent is great!

Very poor purchase and delivery experience. I am waiting already for one month for the tent I ordered. I ordered it from Poland to Portugal. Very poor costumer service, they answered to my message after 10 days with the new tracking number. I answered that I want my money back instead of product, but they seem not to realize it. No phone contact, the only at the website is just to China. I highly not recommend to order through their website because you don't know when are you going to expect the delivery.
Good look, but bad overall quality of products. Low reliability.
Ordered lots of things from Naturehike: trekking poles, 2 inflatable sleeping mattresses, inflatable pillow, 2 tents. At the beginning I was excited, because visually all items seemed very good and fancy. However...
All except tents became broken after 1-2years of non-intense usage: one of trekking poles broke during hike at dangerous moment on the hill, others became quite wobbly and looks like break soon. Inflatable mattresses and pillow got some air leaks (looks like material ageing, because its not airtight in like 10-20 spots at once. After gluing these holes, shortly leakage appears again)
Tents, that made Naturehike famous, i must admit, are still good
I will never ever buy anything from naturehike, because similar items from companies like MSR, Leki, Mammut last more than 5-10years, when price is only ~1.5-2 times more.
