Brilliant company with outstanding customer service - had an issue with a refund going out of stock after I placed order. The issue was dealt with right away and I was able to pick a replacement tracksuit at no extra cost.

Trailberg customer service
Couldn’t fault Trailberg customer services after I had an issue with a coat I purchased. Was offered a replacement at no extra cost as the one I was returning was out of stock. Prompt replies when asking for updates. I’ve never had a problem with any items I’ve purchased in the past and it wont stop me ordering again from them

The security tag is still on the coat that I purchased for my son. This means that when he goes into a shop he sets off the alarm. How can I get it removed?

I originally left a bad review, as I hadn't had a response however since it has been proven to me a response was sent, and I have got to say the customer service I have received has been 20/10! un real! I cant fault the customer service team! not only have they refunded me with a gift card for stuff I bought in September ( was trying to be organised for xmas and was way to early!) they have done it with no arguments! so I will buy from Trailsberg again and again! shame Montirex don't have your customer service skills! im stuck with there outfits that don't fit! no help at all

DPD haven’t tried to deliver this…
DPD haven’t tried to deliver this parcel, not Trailberg fault but now it’s gone back to sender.
No slip no ring door notification but DPD said can’t deliver due to unforeseen circumstances.
Really disappointed ordered over 10 days ago, might buy clothing elsewhere in future.
Trailberg have been supportive through e-mail but poor effort by the courier

Top Notch Customer Service Shane.
I ordered the items I wanted, unfortunately, they ran out of the size I wanted. This caused a delay in my items being sent out, however, the support team emailed me quickly and allowed me to pick another product at no extra cost. Once that was sorted the items got delivered within 2 working days and I could not be happier with them. Top notch service Trailberg especially Shane from the support team, thank you for the great customer service mate.

Terrible Delivery but lovely coat when it eventually arrived
The delivery was supposed to be 1 working day, ordered on a Wednesday it was not even dispatched until the Monday after! This was a birthday present that was almost too late! Delivery was on the Tuesday late afternoon - Definitely NOT 1 day at all! The coat however was lovely, just didn’t arrive as it should have
