Clothing

Clothing, fit and quality seem and feel great. Lettering peeled of shorts (back and front) after a couple of washes. As I didn’t buy direct from Trailberg they advised nothing could be done. As it was just over 28 days bought from shop, nothing could be done either. Not ideal for the price paid,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear that your item has become faulty.
As the item was purchased through Footasylum rather than directly from Trailberg, the return will need to be processed through Footasylum’s returns team, even though it has been over 28 days. Because they handled the original purchase and payment, they are the only ones who can issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
If you contact Footasylum’s customer service team or visit one of their stores, they’ll be able to assist you with the next steps for faulty items outside the standard 28‑day window.

Quality not as expected

Heard so many amazing things about this companies products that I thought I would try them, wish I hadn't. Bought a jacket initially before Christmas only for it to burst open on the 27th December does the back seam. Return and replacement (paying more to get a more expensive jacket) that replacement arrived and this time the padding was very weird and inconsistent. with it looking like I was wearing rings of padding! Sent back and replaced for a second time. Next I received a further replacement (jacket 3) and again the padding was not great this time round the wrists there was nearly nothing at parts. I was promised a gift as way of inconvenience, this never transpired but hey ho.
I am now sitting waiting for a 4th jacket, fingers crossed for me this time round.
Through this whole experience the returns portal (if you pay extra for an upgraded item) is impossible to use. I had to add a written note in with the return with my request otherwise I could only get a return for the value of the additional monies paid.
Whole time customer support were immediate with responses but did not make the process easy, almost felt at times I was on trial and fighting my corner.
Anyway as of yesterday I have confirmation that I have another jacket on the way.
One posiitve amongst the nightmare is customer support (once you get past the AI automated responses) is very very quick at responding and communicating. This is the only reason I give 1 star.

For the second return, we sent an email for the reimbursement of the return postage. Please know that every product we send out is brand new and goes through careful quality checks. We understand, however, that sometimes issues can slip through, especially those that are not immediately visible or that require checking padding by hand. We also appreciate your feedback about the return portal and will work with our team to make it as easy to use as possible. Despite these challenges, we truly hope you will consider Trailberg again. Excellent

I ordered a tracksuit for my son’s birthday. It arrived the following day with precise updates on the delivery time which was really helpful. The tracksuit is really smart and excellent value for money.

Postage rip off

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and paid £4:99 postage they arrived but were 2 small so I had to pay another £4 to send them back trailberg said that’s our policy so I paid £9 for shorts that don’t fit what a rip off 🤷‍♂️

As stated on our website, we do offer exchanges at no extra cost; however, the return shipping cost is shouldered by the customer. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as this amount is paid directly to the courier for the delivery service, which was successfully completed.
