The staff attended to me in a very friendly manner and explained every details to me. Great team!!!!!

I didn't receive my bed, i got one have of the frame and the mattress.. no lats, no headboard, not screws or bolts. i am now sleeping on an airbed with my partner and child. the delivery also came in 2 different parts from 2 different vendors. If i am honest, i am disgusted at the service right now. a bed is the most important piece of furniture, i cant understand how this could be messed up

This is second soffa that im ordering from Trademax.They have great prices with amazing quality.The soffa was so easy to assemble.

We decided to go with delbetalning(Svea) and the sales agent told us that we can skip those 45 sek(administrationsavgift) if we require efaktura and autogiro,but that is NOT true according to SVEA.

I Will give 3 stars because we have a problem with the lamp untill now trademax not change yet .

Not so easy to get an concrete and guaranteed delevery date. I ordered furniture for the whole flat and there is not option to get it delivered into the Flat. Not knowing exactly when I might get the furniture how should I organize help to get all the stuff from the street into the flat? Support was friendly and helpful though

My experience at Trademax bäckaplan was really wonderful. The customer service was really great. I commend Jennifer for her great customer care service. She was so great, welcoming, wonderful, happy and she knows how to treat customers, make them feel at home and most of all she is the best at her job. I would surely buy sth from Trademax again because of her good service.

Before you buy from this company you should know how bad and unpleasant their service! I bought (Hammock chair Tierra) and decided to return it at the same instant when i opened the package since the quality is not as one expected and it is not comfortable as it shows in the picture on their website! so great job on photoshop! when i asked to return it, I was asked to pay 395Kr, I never experienced or heard about a company making money from their customers in that way! Most decent company never ask customers to pay the return fees and the one who does never ask you to pay 25% of the product value as a return fee! But its unforgettable lesson for me to never buy and warn everyone i know from this seller. I am complaining to the Konsumentverket about them, and i urge you to do so too

Well i have there sofa for the past 3 years i wanted to change one of it's component. The good thing is that they can
Now the bad part
1) u cannot order the component from any of there store
2) u will have to communicate with there backend support team which only happens via email no phone no video call
4) the email support conversation took almost 10 days to finalize what I wanted to order. (Prone to making a lot of error while ordering right component)
3) it will take 5-6 weeks way above any standards

The bed was of good quality.
It was a bit hard to understand the instructions.
I suggest using a electric screwdriver to make life easier.
It took more time for me to assemble as a small piece of wood was left over in side the hole where the screw should go. We didn't realize it in the beginning and spending hours wondering why the screw wouldn't fit in a T-joint (bed bolt screws).After we figured that out, it was so quick.
Headboard assembling needs some innovation as the suggested step doesn't help much.
Delivery was prefect on time and as planned. I had taken a day off to receive the delivery.
Overall worked out well.
