item not handled properly and received damaged, requested a return .. their process is not very good. item still sitting on the front porch a week later. also, the delivery took a month to start with !

This is just a reply to Trade Depot reply to me and another review of yet again the worst service ever.

There reply to my last review is just to show all us buyers that they care, what a joke no one has ever contacted me at all re experience, so again another let down from their customer care!!??
Unfortunately, they did not send all the rails needed for the kit I bought and expect you to use off cuts to finish railing. As it's the same kit I had to, believe me under not wanting to, order one rail to be delivered, waited 2 weeks, nothing so started the whole process of contacting them, if I could charge them for my time!!. Anyway, promise after promise of delivery over another two and half weeks, 8 emails, 8 texts saying being delivered end of day tomorrow, 8 times. What is that even about. Manager of delivery depot saying being delivered at least 4 times, staff must be trained to lie to customers.

Again this company is the worst in all ways if they looked at how much I have spent and still need to spend as new to NZ you would think go out of there way with some form of apology, but no nothing.

Stay away from them if you can they don't deserve any customers if this is how they treat they.

What an incredible service, communication second to none, prices are great and fast delivery. And when I had an issue, which by the way was my fault, they went out of their way to help me. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I’m a customer for life

Swift an easy delivery from warehouse team

Absolutely bloody useless. I bought a stovetop from this outfit, was told it would be 5-7 days delivery, turned up 14 days later after several calls and live chats. When it did turn up only 1 of the 2 items arrived which makes it unusable. Asked for the other part to be shipped over night but it turns out it is going to be ANOTHER 10 days. This is the second time this has happened to the same product. Thankfully I have cameras around my property and could prove that only 1 item had arrived on both occasions, if not I'd hate to think what would have happened. If you are in no hurray in any way then go for it, but personally I wouldn't bother. I only gave them a second chance as no-one else seems to sell the product I wanted. Will definitely look elsewhere or pay more just for peace of mind

The showroom is well set out with clear diagrams that help purchase choices. Simple but very good range of everyday useful stock items. Helpful staff.
