I can't fault the sales side

I can't fault the sales side. All I dealt with were polite, friendly and not pushy, never felt under pressure at any time to make a purchase. The reason I have given 4 stars, I wasnt happy with the checks and cleaning of the car. The heating/air-conditioning was ticked as checked. On getting the car my son and I checked what we could out before I drove off. The air conditioning did not work. When my son went in he was told the machine did not work, but they did manage to get another and sort it, but that was another 45 minute wait. On driving home on the M6, the sun came out and the windscreen was completely smeared, this made driving dangerous. I had nothing with me to clean it. Not sure if I have names right but a big thank you to Demar, who couldn't do enough for us, alsoJahid and Chetan, all lovely.

Excellent service

The service from Icky and Kadeem was fast, professional, efficient and helpful. The staff were also friendly and helped us through a stress free process.
