Not one star, the tracking is trying to say it left the sorting centre and was delivered to my address at the exact same date and time, ( obviously an impossibility). Already waited 32 days. Complete scam. I even paid shipping insurance with the company I purchased from, which has also disappeared. Do not order from Sinoc or use this tracking company.

Not really even 1 star. Bought clothes from a company called M&S , This is there courier service!! Company only exits to con the customer in to believing a purchase parcel is on the way . Order placed on the 6 April 2023, I was told 15/20 delivery, still waiting. 9 emails later have manage to get an emails saying l will get 80% refund after much hassle. However that may take up to 25 days due to international banking rules.. what bullsh*** DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS

when I check my orders 4 guitars in total .On their record they were delivered but I have never rec'ed
them . I have been scammed.
Be wear of they are use new web site.to-day

The same thing happened to me that's happened to every review that I've read on here mine happened with qzlow it was a popup ad on Facebook and a coloring app that I have saying clothes only today for 3:29 so I figured I'd give it a try they were very efficient to start with sent me a tracking app to track my package as it arrived tracking 654 just like the rest of you attracted all the way till it said it arrived at my house and when I contacted customer service they claim they couldn't give me a refund because they were out of products they could give me a 20% refund and I was not having that so I got on with somebody else that finally agreed to give me a 100% refund that was over a month ago and still has not seen it and they've tried to send me another package with a false tracking code so in conclusion I am lowering up and stopping these people from ever being able to do this again so if anybody wants to jump in on this lawsuit my contact information is fgreer1987 @yahoo.com I haven't yet found the right lawyer to take this case but I am damn sure going to keep trying until I do if anybody else out there has any suggestions please let me know because I will take these people down

No update for 8 days, I complained to company I bought off, and all of a sudden .. status updated to delivered. PACKAGE NOT DELIVERD .. no refund either

After 6weeks now waiting for the same adds to appear on google gmail sponsored advertisement macy reappeared after 2 weeks of emails with 6 different names they felt sorry 4my 3 items from Macy’s hiltobay nice e-bike etc etc that weren’t delivered by chinapost ems and above fake adds ezzpool@laldl (macys parasite)now have sent fake tracking using 678.com these fake adds rotate every 6 weeks with different names when you get tracking the add disappears gmail facebook tick-tock etc etc class action is required

Place a $32 order from a pop-up ad on Facebook. The company was called onewholesale. Like others the tracking said it was en route for a month and then suddenly said it was delivered but no package anywhere and there's no contact information to follow up with. Multiple emails to the customer service email listed has resulted in absolutely no contact. I think I will contact my bank because it doesn't appear that anything is ever going to arrive. Scam big time. Basically if clothing is priced under $2 avoid it.

Said it was delivered but I never received it. Said it was dropped off in front porch 5 days ago I don't have a front porch.cannot be more upset!

I wish I had read reviews before dealing with these clowns or scammers I should say. I placed orders on 03/01/2023, it says delivered after tracking for weeks but no package was ever delivered. Contacted the seller, they provided another tracking (C2S80268700CN) it’s been at the same spot for days now. Please never ever patronize.

This should be some kind of joke - not possible to give 0 stars... Now as all people complain they didnt receive their packages... well I also. Track Number: YM2241254456CD - Delivered, but never received. No connection with seller, no connection with Tracking654.

My tracking stated that it was delivered when it wasn’t I emailed the company that I purchased the goods from and they said they’d have the order sent again at their expense 🤔. I’ve been following the delivery status for weeks and today it claimed to have delivered again but again it never arrived! If this is a scam I fell hook, line and sinker. Disappointing doesn’t even cover it! Taking peoples money unlawfully doesn’t seem to effect them 😡

I ordered some Autistic clothing off of Facebook from SZ01 aftersale love something well over a month ago its says it was delivered on May 7th & I still haven't received my package I will be looking the company up again & put in a complaint if I don't receive it by Monday May 15th this is just crazy having too wait this long I spent almost $30

After receiving about 10 entries of where my package was sent…ie USPS, LA California branch scanned it in multiple times. Was sent to a distribution center multiple times by USPS. The last two entries said package on it way and delivered, not the USPS. NO package was delivered. Notified USPS and they can’t find the tracking number in their system. It was scanned multiple times by them but because the last two entries weren’t from them, they took no responsibility. I’m not able to contact the international delivery service. NOT happy. unable to make it 1 star.

I was told my order was delivered over a week ago after ordering on April 4 where it is Ido not know and found out that Bicester discount does not exist
Plus the goods were supposed to come from Hongkong

Ordered goods from a company with a name M&S, but is actually tendty.com. Tracking said it was delivered at 11.58 on Tuesday 9th May. I was home, but there has been no delivery. Emailed the company, they responded by telling me to check with my neighbours and family. Well no family so checked with neighbours. Checked bins, checked over the garden fence - NO PARCEL. Have raised the issue with my bank under Section 75
