Shoes
I got suckered into purchasing "orthopedic " shoes from this company on Instagram. What i got was plastic "shoes" absolutely the worst product I have ever received. How i wish I hadn't been so dumb and looked at reviews first. $65 lost.
No stars for Nora and Orla
No stars for Nora and Orla , absolute disgrace I punchesed on line not 1 but 2 dresses over 6 weeks now still havnt recieved my order , went into Henry St in the city centre and the address that's on the site is non existent. Sent 2 emails and nothing back , these 2 so called designers are nothing less than actual robbers , they take your money and you get zilch in return . Stay clear of these 2 scammers .
Worst Problem with Nora Dutch Owners of any in my 76 Years..
Nora, clothing made in China, is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
The 2 clothing items I purchased were of poor quality with threads coming out of the neckline of a top and a coat that fit into an 8X10 envelope. I responded immediately to their defective clothing provision with photos and their money back guarantee. They did not comply. A waste of my time with numerous emails back and forth. I was offered $25 for a $115 purchase which I declined. Thank heavens for AMEX that refunded the full amount.
One star is too good
One star is too good. Obviously a company that’s out to cheat customers. They have been impossible to get in touch for a return. The product is stated as an oversized cashmere sweater. It is neither. There is no product information tag. It could be a harsh wool material.
It’s been an expensive lesson.
Scammmmm
Are use the company now it’s called rush. Nora and I never received my product. They said that my product was going to be here on the 31st the tracking number that they gave me it says delivered. It is now the third I have not received my package. I cannot get in touch with anyone. It’s definitely a scam.
100% SCAM - do not order from Noraselect or Fashion Nora
100% SCAM. This company is garbage - I should have checked reviews BEFORE ordering the "orthopedic" shoes I need, but I was in a hurry. They are cheap crap and NOT in any way orthopedic. I cannot wear them, adn every attempt to return them for a full refund has been unsuccessful, as the "Order number" they specify doesn't exist. I paid $55, waited weeks for them to come from China, and they are useless and NOT tha same as the photos.
It's cheap Chinese products
It's cheap Chinese products, not a Canadian store! Be aware! Everything on this website is: Fake, Fraud, Liars, Scammer, Theft.
The items are not close to what they…
The items are not close to what they look like online false information and very deceptive consumer BEWARE!!!
Extremely cheap and bad quality
Extremely cheap, low and bad quality. An absolute rip off. What you get is not even worth 10% of what you paid for. Not from Vancouver. They should be shut down.
Total ripoff!
Total ripoff!! I ordered a size larger and what I got was 3 sizes too small. Can't return without shipping it back to China for $$$$$ in order to get a refund. They make their money selling poor quality, incorrectly sized products that we can't afford to return. Wish I'd checked reviews before wasting my money.
garbage
garbage
Doesn’t look like the picture looks like something bought off temu
Vancouver Lane customer service worst ever! Stay Away!
Vancouver Lane customer service is the worst ever!
Vancouver Lane has not attempted to help me whatsoever - despite all my emails and pleading for help to sort this out.
Vancouver Lane says "returns are easy" "we're happy to help" NEITHER is true! Although VL has said that the error was mine because I put in the wrong address in shipping - in fact I didn't! It was a website glitch that did not store the correct address when I pressed send. I wrote to VL 3 MINUTES later to explain all this to them telling them that the order confirmation had not taken my address but instead put in the wrong address -3 MINUTES!! The time shows on the emails. Can you believe this???? And even when I wrote to VL directly and signed with my name and my address - VL responses back have been addressed to the wrong name!!! Can you believe this?
VL's only suggestion was to contact the person whose address was mistakenly included in the order. NO apologies, no kindness at all. I asked if we could speak on the phone as there is no phone number on the website and i thought that this would offer a much quicker solution. All emails and computer generated correspondence ignored that request and continued to write to the incorrect person.
When I first ordered I was so looking forward to giving business to a small "Canadian company" - supporting "local", but your treatment is worse than the biggest corporation.
I have NEVER, EVER written a negative review - in this case I want the world to know not to do business with you as the promises are never what they seem. Stay away from Vancouver Lane and "Julie".
I would have put 0 but it doesn’t…
I would have put 0 but it doesn’t allow. Nora and Max order was so disappointing and found out after they return only to Asia. Horrible cheap material and nothing like the photos. I lost money and given only 20 percent of what I paid. Do not buy from them.
Vancouver Lane Clothing is one big fat…
Vancouver Lane Clothing is one big fat scam. Clothing is junk! Do not be misled by "easy return policy" It's not. You pay to return to China (where this crap is made) or get a refund of 15% of your purchase. Someone is making a lot of money off this.
Nora & Max
Nora & Max
Ordered the style I wanted but was sent the wrong style. They wanted me to pay the return shipping charges of about $30 some dollars to Asia and they would then send me the original coat I ordered.
If it would have been my error, I would have gladly done that; However, since it’s their error, I absolutely refuse to pay this additional charge. So I am out of my $89 because they will not come good on their mistake. Will never ever purchase from them again.
Biggest scam
Biggest scam - not Canadian put they lead you to believe it is - products are the cheapest pieces of junk - you can buy better at the dollar store - returns go to a China address at your expense ( which for the smallest item ) is more that you paid for the item. The back and forth with them is terrible - I would rate them as a big fat Zero!!!!!!!
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. The merchandise is brutal - it does not at all look like the pictures on their online advertisements and site. Returns are only to China at your expense . They should not be allowed to sell their merchandise online .
Nora & Max Vancouver is NOT Canadian
Nora & Max Vancouver is NOT Canadian, it is Asian. The clothing is very cheap, flimsy, not as advertised. STAY AWAY!!!
I strongly advise against purchasing…
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The products they advertise in no way resemble what you receive. They are truly horrible. They will offer you 15% not to return and then up it to 20% all the while trying to avoid your request. I started requesting the return address 10 days ago and I am still waiting. Buyer BEWARE of this ripoff company.
