Poor customer service
Bought one of their larger sculptures along with some coasters back in September. Quality seems good but unfortunately they sent me a layout different from the one pictured on their site and not like the real track. I've repeatedly chased them to try to get it replaced, and yet still haven’t received one several months later. Really disappointing service.
