Nightmare when transferring money is that it goes astray. There was some issue on the American bank's side in a recent large transfer to USA. The TorFX person who took up and resolved the problem (Josephine Ottaway) could not have been more considerate and efficient. Bravo TorFX!

Richard was very helpful when I reached out to him. He walked me through the steps I needed to take with much patience, and was always pleasant to deal with.

Another thing that stood out was his willingness to call me back whenever I left a message. For someone who had never done any transfers before and was therefore very nervous about getting things wrong, Richard's service epitomised gentleness, kindness, helpfulness, and patience without any hint of exasperation with this customer.

Excellent service and excellent rates. Thanks to Richard Brock for his guidance and responsiveness. I used TorFX for a sizeable contract and I was very happy with everything. I particularly liked the live rate, which gave me an indication of where I stood. Other staff at TorFX (e.g., for the security check) were also polite and efficient. The whole contract was completed very quickly. Will definitely use again.
