I’ve used TorFX for many years now and have always dealt with Chris Clemons. He has given me sound advice and in a way which I understand in this difficult (for me) sector. I usually do a rate comparison with two other well known companies and TorFX are consistently competitive. The sale and transfer process is quick and seamless and I strongly recommend them.

Registering was fairly straight forward. The rates offered are competitive and the transfer of funds was impressively rapid. I'll definitely be using them again rather than my previous company.

Helpful service in setting up an account with a personal and professional touch. The process of exchange is swift too with the money appearing quickly. Only drawback is the rate isn't quite as good as another provider (which is much slower).

The service is quick and very easy, once you have used it a couple of times and know how it all operates. Straight forward to set up new people or companies to send payments to and rates are very good and assistance if you need it is very quick and efficient, would recommend anyone use them.

I have used TORfx for many years. I have used their contact centre and their App, both have been easy to use and efficient. Money ordered in the morning generally arrives same day in our European bank or at latest following morning. I have recommended TORfx to family and friends and would rate their performance as first rate.

Chris helped me with a one-off currency transfer. His assistance was professional from beginning to finish: not pushy on the first call, clear explanations of the whole process to follow and good advice at the end. I highly recommend TorFX, and Chris Clemens in particular, to anyone who is new to currency exchange.
