A terrible service, slow and inattentive customer service, and a courier company that can't deliver when the recipient is not at home. For a gift company, that seems like a paradox, but it's what happens with Tordoffs. They tried to palm me off with delivery a day later (AFTER the chosen specific anniversary date), and a free bottle of wine. Premium prices, sub-premium service.

Stay away. - Poor delivery, poor service, inaccurate description of the gift.
I ordered a non-alcoholic sparkling and truffles, the picture displayed a Wine or Champagne like bottle which gave the impression of something exclusive to Tordoffs for my wife's birthday.
I placed the order a week before my wife's birthday and waited for the delivery.
I was given an expected time slot and waited for it arrive. I occasionally checked its progress through the couriers' website. When it didn't arrive I repeatedly called the courier for an update. Each time I was assured it would arrive. I continued to call until the offices closed.
I called the next day and was told it had been "carded", the courier claimed no one was at home to receive the parcel and it would be redelivered in two days.
I reached out Tordoffs and they replied with an apology.
Once the gift arrived, I was further disappointed to find the non-alcoholic drink were two bottles of bottle green cordials.
I asked for a refund and have yet to receive a reply.
