Ordered Sunday sent Monday 48hr parcel…
Ordered Sunday sent Monday 48hr parcel force who decided 48hours from Monday was Thursday
Wouldn’t leave in safe place
Arranged re delivery for following Monday
Website confirmed this
No attempt to deliver and 9days later website still says re delivery a week ago
Contacted tool den explained and promised to resend using dpd
Got confirmation email sent parcel force again
Used this as a small relatively cheap order test before purchasing large multi tool kit of almost a thousand pounds
Not a chance in ten years this has been the worst most frustrating experience of buying online I have ever experienced there is no urgency no accuracy and utterly ruined the buying experience especially as item was a birthday gift which is now a week past and still crossing every finger it might arrive next week
Why do companies use couriers that are so poor to save a pound or two
I like many others I suspect would happily pay a couple of pounds extra in the shipping costs to actually get the item before the next ice age !

Delivery was 86 hours
I ordered 3 DeWart items last Saturday. On Sunday around 1000 the delivery from Screwfix arrived on Monday lunch time the ITS delivered arrived I only paid for basic on Wednesday afternoon the Toolden arrived. Too late. Unless the price is significantly lower and I can not source locally I will not be using this company. Customers expect prime deliveries not parcel force 48 but actual 86 hours. Sort your courtier out.

I ordered an exspensive mitre saw on tuesday morning it is now saturday afternoon and still not received any notification its out for delivery , on phone to customer services this afternoon 45 minutes when im caller no 1 .tital disrespect for their customers most tradesmen or women order a tool when they need it ASAP dont use this company unless you can wait 2 weeks
