Photos of all the different flush valves helped me find the right one…

Gone are the days where you can pop down to B&Q for some ballcock washers, siphon diaphragm etc. I discovered that my elderly mother's toilet was leaking and when I measured it via the water meter - 300 litres a day! I managed to remove the flush valve via the tiny opening we have these days - no manufacturers markings at all. Fortunately, I came across Toilet Spares, and was able to identify the valve from all of the photos on their website. I sent a photo of my valve, and a very prompt reply confirmed that I had selected the right one. Paying for next day delivery - the valve arrived and I fitted it in 10 minutes - no more wasted water! All in all, Toilet Spares provided an excellent service, which included good communications. Thank you.

Fantastic to deal with

Fantastic to deal with! Sent Steve a photo of a flush plate I was struggling to match, he came to me with an answer within about 10 minutes. Ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Would definitely use them in the future.

Great customer service

I had trouble sorting a flush replacement locally and tried a few places online. Toiletspares the only one to come back to me promptly. Correct new part sent out very quickly and downstairs toilet up and running again! Highly recommended.

This is what customer service should…

This is what customer service should be.

Their next day delivery cutoff is 3pm. I phoned them at 3:10 and they said yes unfortunately DPD had picked up already, but told me Royal Mail hadn't been yet, so I rushed an order through for Royal Mail 24.

2 minutes later I get a call from the hero at toilet spares who was just double-checking that I hadn't missed something (my order was just for half a toilet valve). I didn't actually need the other part, but this was heroic attention to detail that might have saved my bacon.
