I am extremely disappointed with the standard of care I have received and the distress, pain, and financial loss this has caused me.
My first appointment was for treatment on one of my teeth. After administering the local anaesthetic, the dentist began working on my tooth immediately. I informed her that I could still feel pain and asked if we could wait for the anaesthetic to take effect. She told me there was no need to wait and that I would be fine. During the procedure, she worked very close to the nerve, causing me severe pain. Since that appointment, the tooth has remained sensitive and painful.
Some time later, the filling fell out, so I booked another appointment. The dentist examined the tooth and decided to place another filling. However, she did not properly clean the inside of the tooth before placing the new filling. Within approximately five minutes of leaving the practice, the filling fell out into my mouth. I returned to the practice immediately and was given another appointment.
At my most recent appointment, the dentist again began drilling and cleaning the tooth before administering any local anaesthetic. Once again, she touched the nerve, causing intense pain. I had to physically stop her and ask her to administer the anaesthetic before continuing the treatment. After the filling was completed, I left the practice, but once again, within minutes, the filling came out.
I have now attended multiple appointments for the same tooth, yet the problem remains unresolved. Instead of improving my dental health, I believe the treatment has caused further damage and unnecessary pain.
As a result of these repeated failures, I have:
● Experienced significant pain and discomfort.
● Lost earnings by having to take repeated time off work.
● Paid for dental treatment that has not been carried out to an acceptable standard.
● Lost confidence in the care provided by Together Dental Daventry High Street.
● Reached the point where I now feel I have no option but to seek treatment from a private dentist to repair the damage and resolve the problem properly.
I believe the standard of treatment I have received has fallen well below what I should reasonably expect.

We were seen by a team of 2 The Dentist was Jasmin, after we booked a visit to the Hygienist and look forward to going back. Also we were told to come back in 12 months time, but could phone them anytime if we had a problem. Very professional, Thank you.

Initially went to the wrong practice as we weren't aware there were two practices within 50yds of each other. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this beforehand as mum has mobility issues. After being redirected to the other practice we were pleasantly surprised to see it had clearly been refurbished to a high standard. Staff were helpful and friendly and the lady dentist we saw gave clear succinct information as to condition of teeth and what treatment was recommended.Booking this was easily and promptly executed by the efficient reception staff which gave confidence in a professional operation.

Writing on behalf of my 85 years old partner with his consent, excellent professional, kind and patient service experienced. He was given more than the allocated time, as it was needed to complete treatment in one visit, so apologies to the next person who was seen late, but it does show a considerate dentist for which we were grateful.

Have been struggling to find an NHS dentist and so glad I found this one, staff very efficient and friendly and everything including costs explained up front so no hidden surprises. Thank you so much.

Welcomed by receptionists, clean, cool waiting areas. I didn’t wait too long to be seen.
Check up went well and next steps explained and what to expect at next appointment.

The Receptionist was amazingly kind and helpful.

I'm physically disabled and this surgery isn't set up for people with a physical disability because there isn't a lift in the building. I wasn't aware of this at the time of registering! It has 2 sets of narrow stairs that I struggled with but thankfully I was helped by my husband.

It was way too hot in both waiting rooms because there was no fan despite it being one of the hottest days! The window wasn't allowed to be opened because of health and safety! Well how about the heat, not exactly following health and safety rules either without a fan!

The dentist was running late too, which didn't help matters!

I'm an NHS patient and had a check up along with my husband. We look after our teeth very well, however the dentist (we've never seen before because we just joined the practice due to moving into the area) came across as if she wasn't listening to us and was overly assertive when saying we both need to see a hygienist! This surprised my husband and I because our previous dentists said we didn't need to see a hygienist because of how well we clean our teeth and have regular 6 monthly check ups! I think I found out why she was so insistent later because we would need to pay privately for a hygienist and since our funds are limited we both declined! I didn't feel comfortable with this particular dentist anyway and this proved to me why!

I will try to find another NHS dentist elsewhere! Although NHS dentists are sadly getting few and far between! I guess because money is getting too tight and dentists make much more money privately!

I left feeling disappointed and annoyed!

The only good experience was with the Receptionist and why I didn't give 1 star! She is a credit to the practice!

I have emailed the complaints department by getting their email address on TrustPilot because Daventry Market Square practice didn't have it on their website. I have also just noticed that Together Dental doesn't appear to reply to negative reviews on TrustPilot!

Friendly staff put you straight at ease . Appointments are within a few days great dentist ( finally found a good one )

I’ve been seeing Michaela Robinson as my hygienist for over two years now, and she is absolutely excellent. She is professional, thorough, gentle and always makes you feel completely at ease. Michaela explains everything clearly, gives great advice, and the results are always first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic hygienist.

I had a filling come out Wednesday morning and the dentist had me in to repair Thursday morning, it doesn’t get much better than that.
