Very pleasant to deal with
Very pleasant to deal with. Was able to go and collect my door as there was a nearby warehouse. Guys at the warehouse were polite & friendly and helped get my door loaded into the van. Overall, very pleased :)

make ordering easir worse thing tho is coanstruction of door vener is so thin DONT cut down these doors as it splits is just a printed on for the price id have expected better Ps my Job is carpenter and fire door installer,Also how will the venier stand up to family inviroment scuffs etc as cant be saned...your responce would be appricated

Thanks for your feedback, sorry that you are not happy with the product.
The Veneer is bonded on real wood so impossible to have been printed onto the substrate as you suggest.
It is perfectly normal for it to be trimmed with a good quality circular saw blade or Plane, and, as with any timber product, benefits from being scribed when cutting to prevent tearout.

First class product and first class service. We drove quite a distance to see and purchase our new doors. They were happy to keep the doors for us until we needed them. Delivery was slick and on time.

Good range with a variety of sizes and types within styles. Easy to order, delivery arrived when promised and very carefully offloaded by their own staff. Carpenter has now fitted all my doors and no problem encountered

I would rate them negative, if this website allowed!
If you know exactly what you want, great. If you ask for their advice and you've been given incorrect advice, they would charge you more for returning a tiny part of a massive order. The return charge for a small item is more than the delivery for the original, big order.
They're only nice before you place the order. Once you've done so and the order is incorrect, their tone changes completely.

Fabulous Products & Customer Service
What an absolute amazing company - fabulous products and even better customer service. I ordered 6 Islington white interior doors, the quality is exceptional, they are solid, really heavy and look great. I was also really impressed with the price, much cheaper than other quotes I had received. A huge thank you to Jai who was amazing in arranging a super quick delivery date, he was so polite and helpful. I think the true measure of a company is how well they respond when there’s an issue. When the doors arrived, one had a very small mark on it. I sent a photo at lunch time and not only without any hesitation, but by 3pm they had arranged a date for the following week for the door to be exchanged. Another huge thank you to Brent for arranging all this. Would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing again from Todd Doors, would definitely recommend.

Poor finish on the painted external doors
Ordered an external front door and the hardware via an agent who advised the correct sizes for that door, only to find that the door knocker was too big for the door when it arrived so I had to send it back and then wait for a new one to be delivered.
When the door was delivered they left a small pot of touch up paint in case of any marks/scuffs during installation - but be careful because when I called them to check how to apply it they told me that it had to be sprayed not painted. They didn't tell us this when they delivered it. So if you don't check that and use a brush you'll ruin the door.
Then after 2 - 3 months we started to notice that the paint on the door wasn't finished properly. It would lift off if you cleaned the door with a water wipe (it's a front door so needs to be cleaned from time to time) and then after 4 - 6 months the paint was cracking along the ridges of the panelling. I sent videos to customer services and Todd's did pay for a decorator to calk the ridges and re-paint the door for us, but when you pay over £2500 for a door in the first place you don't expect to be having those issues.
I appreciate that the company paid to make the door good, but I wish it had just been the expected quality in the first place and it would have saved me the time and inconvenience of finding a decorator, having it re-painted etc.
The agent who dealt with the complaint was brilliant, but I would rather have just received a properly finished door in the first place.

From ordering to delivery while process…
From ordering to delivery while process was easy. Delivery was by their own driver and he was very helpful. This I also think makes damages less likely as they’re looking after their own products. I would definitely buy from this company again. The doors were good quality and would recommend them.
