By far the worse company I’ve dealt with. Ordered doors with a week commencing delivery date on as I went through the ordering process. The Friday of that delivery week came and I called to ask where my order was. Apparently they have been trying to contact me to arrange delivery but dialed the wrong number. Delivery then was set for a specific day the week after. 5pm that day I call as nothing has been delivered yet and they confirm delivery is still on and will be made by within 2 hours. It’s now the next morning and nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered just one door over 2 weeks ago. The delivery cost was more than the door itself. I have had no communication from them at all in relation to the delivery. I have emailed and this morning phoned the delivery line , which is an automated service where they say they will get back to you. Still nothing. Dreadful service, be warned

Delivery of door, came exactly when company said it was going to, kept in the loop from start to finish. The live tracking used on delivery day was superb ( I walked out of the office just as driver arrived). Henry was polite and helpful with the delivery. couldn't ask for a better delivery service. If only other (well known) delivery services were this good

Really good comms, delivery tracking was bang on, and helpful delivery driver. All done is 5 mins. Excellent.

I bought a bathroom door when I received it was damaged and I contacted the seller and still haven’t received my money back which is really disappointing

Absolute joke of a company that can’t follow up on the delivery schedule and the fact they say it’s a common problem is even worse
Had my delivery changed twice ended up being 10 days for delivery
Stay clear of this company if your getting delivery of your goods
They just pass the buck onto the delivery company who then pass it back to express doors

Express doors had what I needed in stock, at the best price and included the handles - it made the choice very simple and easy.

Their deliver tracking is great, they gave up to the minute delivery info, and their delivery drivers were polite, super helpful and careful

What more could you want!?

Good doors reasonable leading time, used them on numerous projects

Delivered on time and in good condition

I wanted to order 5 new internal doors 1 of which is a firedoor. I like the new slim black industrial doors and after contacting Express Doors Direct (waiting on hold over 30 min each time) twice I confirmed with the sales team on both occasions which handles would fit and what backset latches would be required. As the doors are 35mm wide I was advised that the products I choose (including product numbers) would fit. I duly ordered 5 doors and 5 sets of handles and latches. The website advertises 3-7 days delivery when spending over £750 which I had. I ordered on 01/09/2026. My delivery arrived 17/09/2026. 16 days (11 working days) after confirmation of placing an order. Not a great start!! The delivery team contacted me a short time prior to arrival. Delivery arrived. My joiner was scheduled to fit the doors the following day. The doors were fitted and they look great. Only issue was the slim fit handles didn't fit the slim fit door (even although I had checked on the phone with the company twice!!) once assembled the handles measure 38mm. The door is only 35mm wide. There is not enough door to fit and support the handle. This was the case with all 5 of the doors. So.... I emailed the company as per their instructions. I received a generic reply stating that I want to return doors and not to use various nationwide delivery companies and a link was attached to an independent company I have never heard of. As I didn't want to return any doors and to stop any confusion moving forward I decided to call the Express Doors Direct yet again, after being on hold for over 30 mins I was put through to Harry. I explained the situation, I was put on hold again, he came back asking why they didn't fit, I explained. To clarify matters I let him speak with my joiner. He was questioning my joiners ability to fit these handles. I again took over the call only to be asked if I was fitting the correct handle to the correct door. Insulting my intelligence was the completely wrong thing to do. I only contacted them to re-iterate I only wanted to confirm their records stated I wanted to return all the handles not the doors. I asked if the returns policy was the same he got quite snippy and replied follow the email or similar words. I AGAIN told him the email from them stated the return of doors which is incorrect. Totally awful, could hardly hear him at times, muffled, spoke to us like we were stupid. I will be returning the handles I confirmed twice were correct and there is no way I will get any of the return delivery money back (even though its their error).

Barndoor and kit ordered and delivered in 3 days. Very efficient and kept up to date with tracking. Very well packaged with no damage. Delivery driver also very helpful. Excellent price too! Great experience 👍

Because of other commitments, I asked to be notified of a more precise delivery time. The driver did this giving me 30 mins notice. They gave me time to inspect the doors and left them where I’d asked. Couldn’t fault.

Third time I have used this company, good range ,service and speedie delivery. Would recommend.

Awful communication, placed order 3-7 day delivery - no contact regarding delivery date, got a text message with one day notice but just 1 door arrived, no response from customer service about other items then a text 3 days later giving me less than 2 hours notice of delivery of the second door! Only use express doors if you plan not leave your house for the next 7 days so they can deliver your items when they feel like without giving you adequate notice - would not use again

Hard work with communication.Emails not read or replied too about delivery.Had to phone myself to sort delivery out.This has put me off doing g another order.Delivery driver was brilliant though.

The doors arrived well packed with no damage to them at all and the delivery mem where wery professional on when thay delivered my doors
