Good but room for improvement
Can't fault the staff (Mo in particular) for not being polite and respectful on the phone but feel potentially more could have been done to help out given our situation and our repeat custom.
Purchased a few doors a year ago which we love. Recently bought one new door which a carpenter damaged beyond repair and then left us with. Kindly, Tood Doors did offer a small gesture of good will (10%) from customer services but still an expensive replacement. Considering we still require a few more doors in the future I feel a little short changed.
Delivery is very expensive and collection is a pain. Staff seemed a bit grumpy on collection and we had a bit of a wait. Customer services are a challenge to get through to but helpful.
Would have been a 5 star if I felt Todd Doors went the full extra mile.

Good quality and value in sale, but…..
The doors are good quality and value in the sale. Delivery is ridiculously expensive (£37 v £5 at Wickes). Can only pick up from a depot, 15 miles away, as the “local branch” is just a showroom. Collection took almost an hour and there were only two customers. Just one person in reception to complete inordinate paperwork and disappear to pick and pack the hardware took almost 30 mins then a further wait outside in the sun for the warehouse staff to appear with the doors. Wickes is fine for my needs….

A perfect choice of company
I was starting a project to decorate my home and wanted to replace 6 doors - I researched where to find what I was looking for and as I needed some 'made to measure', I chose Todd Doors for the price and ease of ordering- so, from placing an order, to delivery and patiently waiting for the made to measure to arrive (quite a few months but I was told this when I placed the order), I cannot fault the communication, the technical bits and advice that I was given.
I purchased 6 doors and they are now all fitted - the quality of the doors was great and they look wonderful.

Fantastic customer service…
I needed some information regarding pocket door systems and I spoke to a lady named Aaliyaa in the customer services department, she was very knowledgeable and so helpful , Aaliyaa provided me with all the information I needed and all of the associated items required and just sent an easy to pay invoice via email so I was able to order everything I needed in that same initial phone call,she is an absolute credit to your company, thankyou for your assistance and help Aaliyaa.

Good quality doors, reliable fast delivery
I was able to find the white doors I wanted that feel and look good quality. The delivery was quick, and I was informed about the timing upfront.
The choice of hardware could have been easier - I found it confusing because the only indicator of the difference between products was the price. The weight of the doors could have featured more prominently - to me, it was an indicator of the quality.

We ordered multiple fire doors and…
We ordered multiple fire doors and associated products (including skirting and architrave). Todd Doors customer service were excellent at advising which would be appropriate for our space and were helpful and responsive when we changed our mind about the height of the skirting and had to return it. Highly recommended.

Todd doors have a wonderful selection…
Todd doors have a wonderful selection of solid oak doors that have a quick turn around and with the case of ours I was able to add an additional door with little hassle

Fantastic service
We had a fantastic experience with Todd Doors from start to finish. Their showroom is excellent, with a great range of doors on display, making it much easier to compare styles and make the right choice.
The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We also accidentally ordered the wrong door, but the returns and exchange process was completely hassle-free. They couldn't have been more helpful in getting it sorted quickly.
I genuinely couldn't fault them and would highly recommend Todd Doors to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.
