Prinna was terrific after I inadvertently booked tickets for a week later than intended (my finger must’ve missed on my phone!) After I reported the issue, Prinna promptly responded, reached out to the theater, cancelled my tix and sent me a voucher so I could promptly get my tix for the correct date with no loss. (All this despite my error and failure to get the insurance). Great service! I’ve used the app for a while and will certainly continue! Thanks TodayTix and Prinna!

Great customer service. Somehow my tickets got changed or I accidentally booked for the wrong date and they were able to refund and swap the date. The chat to connect with a person was confusing, but as soon as I got connected to a real person the process was very fast and simple.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Prinna at the TodayTix’s sales office. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to unforeseen circumstances, and Prinna was incredibly understanding and compassionate throughout the process.

Tix was understanding of my mistake and was quick to resolve the issue and refund the monies, much appreciated.

Iv'e made an order by mistake to the wrong date. Ticket was non changable.
The costumer service agreed to cancel my ticket and give me a voucher. They mentioned that this is not thier policy and not neccerially could be repeted.
