Absolutely unbelievable
Absolutely unbelievable. The delivery was arranged for Thursday, a week and a half after I placed my order, but the delivery never arrived. After around 20 phone calls and a visit to the shop, I was promised that everything would be delivered the following day.
Unfortunately, the next day only the sand arrived, with everything else missing. After another visit to the shop, I still have no idea what is going on.
I am now several thousand euros out of pocket and have no idea what is happening with Tjomahony in Navan. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and disruption.
I would strongly advise against using this company.

The delivery driver was so helpful, patient and courteous. We live on a narrow cul de sac which is extremely difficult to navigate especially when you have a ton of garden pebbles to off load.
He couldn't have been more helpful.
The price was the best of anywhere and delivery within 5 days. Excellent.

Was left waiting for over 2 weeks for slabs ..no contact from TJ had to keep ringing them. Had to cancel workmen twice.

I placed an order of over €450
I placed an order of over €450, and 10 days later it never arrived even though I was told it would be delivered bearing in mind I live 3.8k away from my local branch which is a 8min drive at most.
Customer service was terrible, I was passed around to different department only for the phone to hang up. When I went in branch the sales guys said I'd have to speak to the delivery guy if i wanted my ordered delivered that week. Had to plead with the delivery driver to deliver it, he said he would, which he didn't do. The day before I cancelled my order I was today it was arriving that day, it didnt arrive. When I did cancel the order all I was asked for was my order number and that it would be cancelled no mention of why, but they've lost a customer and by proxy a bad reputation in my opinion.

The Late Late Show
I waited three weeks and when I rang they all thought it had been delivered. They got it to me quickly but it had delayed me 2 weeks. I still have not got that job finished because had to go back to work. They are very nice and helpful. I just think there was a fail in the system somewhere.

Woeful delivery service
Woeful delivery service. Had a row at 8 in the morning because he wouldn’t deliver the wood where I asked and wrote in the delivery instructions. Didn’t even try. It’s a lottery as to who you get.
