The experience in the shop itself was…
The experience in the shop itself was fine. i was buying timber and went round to the yard. Fnding someone to help was a bit hit and miss but when I did they wouldn't cut two 2cm profile lengths to go into my vehicle. Eventually they found me a saw and I cut them myself. This is not the end of the world but I would have expected better and more interest.

Really bad customer service,ordered…
Really bad customer service,ordered materials online and after waiting near 3 weeks I rang the navan office for an update - only to be told a pack of lies,was told it'd be delivered on a certain day and it never arrived,in the end I had to cancel the order as it never arrived and had to order elsewhere where it was delivered within 3 days,I'd seriously advise against ordering online with these

Absolutely unbelievable
Absolutely unbelievable. The delivery was arranged for Thursday, a week and a half after I placed my order, but the delivery never arrived. After around 20 phone calls and a visit to the shop, I was promised that everything would be delivered the following day.
Unfortunately, the next day only the sand arrived, with everything else missing. After another visit to the shop, I still have no idea what is going on.
I am now several thousand euros out of pocket and have no idea what is happening with Tjomahony in Navan. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and disruption.
I would strongly advise against using this company.
