Worst customer service ever
I bought and paid for a pair of GT Manchester Spzl trainers and then received an email from this company to say that they have a defect. They sent me a picture and asked me if I still wanted then to which I replied immediately that I didn't and I asked for them to cancel the order and issue me with a refund.
It is now 24hrs later and I am still awaiting a refund so I have had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
To top it all off I have just received an email from them staying that they replied to my emails (which they didn't) and that they have issued me a refund via PayPal (which they haven't). I have evidence to prove that they are lying.
It's safe to say that I will never use this as it is the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life and that's saying something.
I strongly advise anybody to use a different company.

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!
I order a pair of Nike Lunar AF1 14 June 28 and I have yet to receive them. Now there's a block on my credit card because you all say my card has to be check through your credit card services. What am I suppose to do about money until this process is complete? Will I still receive my parcel or will I be refunded my money? Please respond to me via my email. ladaroldbrown9636@gmail.com
