Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service at Festive Hall, 300 Dudley Street, Melbourne.

During the concert, we briefly stood up to enjoy the music, which is common at live events. A staff member shouted at us to sit down instead of speaking respectfully. When I calmly said there was no need to shout, the situation was unnecessarily escalated by calling several security guards.

We chose not to argue and returned to our seats, but the incident left us feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Staff should be able to enforce venue rules while treating patrons with courtesy and respect.

Ultimate Vegas, or not

I felt like i was watching a high school entertainment experience not a professional one. The costumes were great but it seemed as though the singers forgot the words or mumbled so we couldn't understand part of the songs. The intermission was just as long as the first half.

The show was very low quality

The show was very low quality.
Usually this standard off the show is going free in the club.
I was seated on Mezzanine. A lot of people left after the interval and during th second part. Some rows was completely empty. I am not sure how it was in the stall.

Amazing show

Amazing show. Have been 3 times and my daughter 5 times. Cast from Micheals to the dances to the back stage are spectacular. Awesome experience and a must see show.

The only way to go.

Booking was very easy. Keeping tickets safe and easy to access also a breeze. This made our trip to Sydney to see The Lion King far less stressful than it might have been. We had a wonderful experience.

Very disappointing customer service…

Very disappointing customer service from Ticketmaster.

I purchased a Deluxe Package for Anastasia in Sydney and booked flights and accommodation from Brisbane. Ticketmaster cancelled the Thursday performance, forcing me to change my plans and attend on Friday instead.

Then, just days before the show, Ticketmaster emailed me instructions for collecting my Deluxe Package inclusions (program, chocolates, champagne, etc.). When I arrived, I was told those inclusions only applied to the cancelled performance.

The email was sent well after the cancellation, yet there was no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, and no offer of any goodwill gesture. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.
