Happy nite

With grandchildren old enough to enjoy the Harlem globetrotters. Good seats and the atmosphere was light and happy. Lots of families and there performance continuous which held the children's attention.

Great customer service

Samantha O was able to assist me to change my seats so that I could sit with child and her friend. She understood that it was important and gave suggestions and processed the final seat changes. This has put my mind at ease and allows us to enjoy the show. Thank you again Samantha.

On wait for 30 minutes on the phone…

On wait for 30 minutes on the phone today before I could speak to an operator, to get put to an operator with a very strong accent that I can barely understand or hear, despite requesting he turn the volume up  - the volume for the hold music is fine, quite loud. I could still barely hear him. I rang on the weekend and gave up after 70 minutes waiting time. Currently on hold by him again. My frustration levels are through the roof. He did not assist me with the accessible ticket I requested, instead providing me with a ticket that I could have booked myself in 5 minutes on line. Total call time 1hr, 13 minutes. A woeful, terrible experience with Ticketmaster.

Unable to share second ticket

Upon opening the tickets both through the Ticketmaster app and in Apple Wallet I was unable to 'share' my son's ticket with him. This meant I had to go through the turnstyles and then hand my phone back over to my son to enter causing the security person to get agitated. Didn't spoil the day but it was very annoying

AMAZING

Wow, wow, wow!! MJ was nothing short of AMAZING!! What a wonderful, talented cast! Thank you for giving our kids a taste of what it would have been like to see the real man himself!

The seats allocated were partially obstructed and this was not advised at the time of purchase.

The seats allocated were partially obstructed by the boundary fence being build up and a black material covering the construction. This resulted in my partner and I having to constantly extend and stretch our necks/bodies to try and see any play.
The tickets were not advertised as having a partial obstruction and I believe for the price ($85 each) this is unacceptable and we were both disappointed

Obtaining tickets...im wondering why cant you just let us have the…

Im wondering why cant you just let us have the tickets in our google wallet and such, like all the other ticket operators, with the bar code ready to go. otherwise you are standing at the door, whilst having to click on the ticket, which then takes you to the ticketmaster app and then remember your password etc etc. If the tickets are already in google wallet, let the bar code be there as well. quick, easy and we have paid!

Ticketmaster is a terrible Application.
I bought 6 tickets for the rugby test Australia vs Ireland many months ago. I did not know who was going until close to the game.
I successfully transferred 3 tickets. However, 2 of my friends did not have a Ticketmaster App and I could not transfer them. There is no facility to print or email paper copies of tickets.
As we arrived to the game at different times, this was inconvenient. I transferred one ticket at the game to my son who sat next to one of these friends. However, it transferred from me but did not arrive on his phone due to the poor reception at the ground! We had to go to the ticket office and it took 20 minutes to get a paper ticket.
I then entered the ground with the other friend. I entered him at the turnstile but my TicketMaster Account froze. It took ten minutes to sign in and access my own ticket - again due to poor internet reception.
I have had a similar experience before due to the inflexibility of the App.

Rugby Tragics

Great seats. The booking process was tedious though as we had codes for 3 groups of 2 that wanted to sit together, and the system would only let us enter one code at a time. We had to coordinate bookings from different cities and make sure the seats were together. Please improve this function.

Fantastic performance, Choreography superb, very well conceived and presented. The part(s) of MJ well chosen. The rest of the cast well chosen and meticularly rehearsed and presented. WELL DONE
