To be honest I’m running out of superlatives to apply to Thrudark, super high quality gear that doesn’t disappoint. In an attempt to be constructive I’d like to see more stuff in the Oryon and Forc... See more

Fast efficient service
Fast efficient service. Wraith Bomber jacket is stupidly warm for how lightweight it is. Looks good too.

Good trousers but falling apart.
Charge trousers are great in a lot of ways but lacking in the details and are therefore not fit for purpose. The stitchings are really poor and so a lot of areas are already falling apart. Both big pockets on the legs have holes in them after 6 months of wear. The straps for tightening the waist are also coming apart. Quality should be much better than this for the price. It's a shame because the main materials are clearly really nice and they work well as trousers, but they arent nearly hardy enough!

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding the trousers.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with the item, and we completely understand your disappointment. Your feedback is important to us, and we will ensure your comments are shared with our Product team so that the concerns you have raised can be reviewed as part of our ongoing commitment to product quality.
In the meantime, we would encourage you to contact our Customer Care team directly so that we can review the issues you have experienced and look at the best way to assist you. We offer an extensive warranty scheme through Overwatch, and if your item is eligible, we would of course be more than happy to work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
The THRUDARK Team
Loved meeting the guys.
This was my second visit to Sentinel House in a week. The difference this time was that Louis & Staz were there doing a meet and greet.
Firstly, a big thanks to Louis for recording a video message for one of my mates, Dom loved it and has vowed to stop messing on! I'm hoping to bring him along when I visit again later in the year, he needs (wants) a new parka and I've suggested that he should buy it in person.
This was the first time I've met Staz & Louis in person and I really liked how relaxed the event was, you turn up and if you want to chat to either of them just go over and introduce yourself. But if you just want to have look round the store you can do that too.
And for anyone planning to pick up an End of Days Parka this winter, I heard on the grapevine (one of the retail team) that there's a new colour on the way ;)

Hi Laurence
We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your second visit to our store, especially with the meet and greet event! It is wonderful to know that the video message for your friend was a hit and that you appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you and your friend back later in the year for that new parka. We are always working to create an enjoyable experience for everyone who visits us.

I don’t usually write reviews but!..
I don’t usually write reviews, after all experience and opinions are very subjective, I certainly wouldn’t take the word of an online influencer as they are probably getting discounted or even free items to encourage positive feedback. I have been a Thrudark customer since the beginning and watched them grow into something that most fledgling companies can only dream of. My latest purchase arrived today, the Gen2 hybrid jacket in Forest Green, I already had the Gen1 , but this is a fantastic upgrade. It fits well and feels more like a jacket than an overshirt. Secure pocket closures and adjustable cuffs add to the comfort and feel of the product. They have been thoughtful in their redesign and show they listen to customer feedback. If you are looking for your next purchase, this could be it ..

I was expecting a quality product when purchased my shorts, and I wasn’t disappointed. You don’t always get what pay for when buying on line, not in this case. My shorts are well made use top quality materials, no-doubt they will last for years.

Another purchase from Thrudark, once again hassle free. Website is very easy to navigate and if you use the information on sizing you will not regret making a purchase. The gear is hard-wearing and if looked after will last a long time.

Good quality but found T-Shirts baggy fit
The shirts I ordered were nice quality and wash well, however found them to be very big and baggy fitting (I'm 5'11, 74kg, 40" chest and opted for size medium)
