Wanted to change our Broadband and was advised to speak to Siaysha . Absolutely amazing young lady , very knowledgeable, kind and caring . Her product information was the best I have ever come across in all of the years I have been a customer ( when T mobile had a stall in Superdrug stores). We came away very happy with an upgraded broadband, new tablets and an excellent saving on our payments. Siaysha is an asset to 3 .

Been customer for years , renewed contract and always traded old mobile in was told I could do it again jiffy bag would be sent out waited two weeks nothing came called into shop told to ring 3 which I did only to be told go back to shop,last call spoke again only to be told couldn't trade in mobile,disappointed won't renew again
