Extremely friendly and very patient, given that I am to a degree technological challenged. Explained all the options in great depth. I confirmed an order and Martin proceeded to insert sim and check that everything appeared to be in working order.

Exceptional service
What made my experience exceptional is the service, the friendly manner and patience. I say that as I am not good with IT. Harvey in the Chichester branch is amazing. No matter how many times I have gone into the shop I get the best service. In fact it is the best 3G shop. They are an asset to 3G.
