The best experience I've ever had

The best experience I've ever had at a three shop. I've been to multiple but it was definitely my favourite. The guy who e had was called marius and he was excellent. The service me and my family received was amazing and I never felt so welcome in a shop.

My best experience

When we went we had marius. The staff was one of the best people and Service was even better. I would fome back to this shop

Incredible staff

Ryan and the assistant store manager, who I believe is named Steve but my memory is terrible, were so helpful in overcoming the issues we were having with the systems between Three and Experian rejecting a previously accepted credit check, while everything else was going wrong, the staff in the store went above and beyond in making sure my experience was fantastic.

Several enquires answered very efficiently

We needed a replacement sim, to change the direct debit details, to cancel a broadband and to get details of remaining broadband devices. We also needed to confirm manual payments that had been made. Steve was exceptionally helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He dealt with all of our enquiries, efficiently and effectively, whilst entering into polite conversation. We were delighted with our visit and left feeling refreshed as all of our enquires had been answered during such an unexpected pleasurable interaction. Steve mentioned he was an assistant manager, he is the type of employee that should be appraised for promotion. Such a lovely person.

Chatham Pentagon - Honor magic v6

When I came into the store, I was warmly welcomed, and Daniela helped me choose the right device and plan for my needs. She explained everything very clearly, and I got a great deal.

I'm very happy with my experience. Compared to other phone shops, this is one of the best. I would definitely recommend it.
